We bought a single fam home in GA last year with VA loan and the process was very smooth, took us 3 weeks, no DP, seller covered closing cost. We could not have been happier with our new home. My advice is to work with a lender who specializes in VA loans and make sure you are ready with all financial documents to make the process quick.
If a potential purchaser is “devastated “ over a 3/8 of a point increase in the interest rate- they shouldn’t be buying a house.
What usually happens to the housing market when we are at war in the Middle East (again)?
Now with the hurricane no houses are available!!
Robert do you cover Hagerstown and were possibly referred to us by Katie out in Chicago?
THE HOUSES ARE TO HIGH..................FACT...
HOW BOUT LOWER PRICE HOUSES.......THERE NOT REALISTIC..................REGARDLESS,,,,,,,
Crazy how people feel so comfortable wishing Ill on others ie real estate owners. If I wished stocks crashed and you had stocks wouldn’t that kinda make you feel some type of way? Go ahead and say “people’s homes shouldn’t be an investment” well they are and it won’t be stopping anytime soon
You think you’re wishing I’ll on large corporations like black rock but 80% of all single family rentals are owned by owners with less than 10 properties ie mom and pop. You wish doom on people doing a little better than you
You should be ashamed. Crab in a barrel mentality
Someday when you own you better donate all appreciated value to charity or non owners or you’re a hypocrite
