Only downside to rubber mats is your shoes stay wet. My foots slipped on the clutch so many times I keep a towel under my seat.
I have only had that happen once in my manual GTI but it is a downside for sure. I think they look cleaner n are easier to clean tho so I wouldn't go back to carpet
@@MK6CHRIS yeah the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives. Especially going into winter, I don't want salty snow stains in my car.
You having a rain storm in there or how do you get that kind of water on your floor mats?
The stock leather seats are a way nicer shape than the cloth ones. Just swap out to oem leather seats. They have a lot more side support for that hard cornering that these cars are so good for.
Personally I’d go with the P3 gauge due to it matching the interior and it’s super clean

I have those mats. But honestly I wish I had thick soft Lloyd's mats. Those rubber monster mats just don't feel comfortable to me..I know they are easy to clean but I'm tired of them..........I'm definitely thinking of those seat covers though, because I hate my 2 toned silver/black cloth seats. They get dirty way too fast!

For the psi gauge for the install is it hard I’m not good with wires or did you have someone do it? Or does the aem one measure psi to if so I’m buying that
If you can’t wire ( like me) don’t try lol. I had to go to a shop . The AEM measure pressure if your car has that . Mine doesn’t so it doesn’t

for the 1.8, u have to find a tuner. Most 1.8t tunes have been taken off the market or never made public. I tuned it myself w the unitronic plug

I take it mean your car is se or sel. I thought the S trim was only the 2.0 NA. And the se is 2.5 NA 5cyl ot 1.8 turbo. And after 2014 the se was 1.8 or 1.4 turbo
in the facelift 2015+ model years, we did not have a 2.0l NA car. I have a base model S trim which came in the 1.4T . The SE also came in 1.4T . The jetta sport came in 1.8T in both S and SE models

Yanno the good one ….. I got a video on the channel about it, it’s the awetuning exhaust with the unitronic downpipe. I added an exhaust sleeve delete in there too

lmao you took your rear seats out?? its a jetta wtf.. idk i guess since mines the full black leather id never remove them no matter how fast the thing was, but its a 4 door... keep the back seats lol.
