You are an awesome teacher, I love learning from you! I can adjust my swing and control the distance, and play a hole with a driver, 21° hybrid, SW, and my putter on par4 , par5, and play well. What is your take on my strategies? I think it is more power to me when I can play with fewer, 4 clubs, though often I hear instructors and other players say you got to pick the right club, and go through a lengthy process of club selections, trying to figure which club to use, what a waste of time and slowing down the round.
Great lesson. Thanks. One question though. When I try to draw the ball, should I focus on the final target or focus on the swing direction which is right of the target line. I focus on the swing direction and tend to push the tee shot (ie. not able to curve the ball back to the target).
I did this fairly successfully on the course yesterday. I know I can't reach par 4s in 2, so I make sure I place my 2nd shot in a spot that makes my 3rd shot more reachable to a spot on the green, and maybe a par putt.
