Hmm, I think there may be some exceptions to that. Breakthrough is not really necessary for characters with very few transformations and death/super moves. You could use those slots for equip capsules and such that make those characters stronger than with Breakthrough. That aside, greatly respect you for the love you give this game. I would definitely add Kid Gohan, Uub and Raditz to that list at the least, and if you don't count ultimate moves I'd also say almost every character without a transformation is better off without breakthrough, since they likely have only 2 death moves which is only worth 6 slots if you account for the 3x multiplier. Have you ever tried using Kid Buu or Omega Shenron with a bunch of defensive capsules(like Buu's regeneration + Bibidi's guard)? It's like fighting with a boss character....

I just looked into the big bang kamehameha and did the math from there. the normal attack does 3510 damage + 100% for level 20 attack, 50% for level 20 arts. that alone does 8775. then take in the defense of shenron, 86% from low ki, and whatever paouzerous tail brings it down to. basically whoever's playing as shenron would be on the ass end of an ass kicking.

Its +2% until the final bar which gives +4% I believe you do mention it later in the video but you make it sound like SSJ4 Goku is the only who gets this.
Don't forget Tico, once you're in the back, you regain less Ki than in the front, sure you know it, but the viewers probably don't ;) To the viewers: You want to attack in the front when you are low on Ki or the opponents Ki is higher than yours. Nice vid.
Hey UnderlordTico is Bardock's k, >k, k, e an infinite? I read a few places that it was but I can not land more then two for the life of me. I am a pretty good B3 player and have nice cancels. I recently picked up Bardock but I just cannot land that damn juggle (I have no problem with his cancel combos) Also how well do you think Bardock fairs against the rest of the cast. ...sure... It was ok at best and not very difficult to master completely. Very short game too. Had potential but no where near B3 quality in terms of anything. Maybe it's easy combos just looked flashier; but that's about it
The only problem I have is that they didn't add infinite world in the collection, I mean I would've rather had that than Budokai 1, I'm probably the only one though I mean it's still fun, but I miss Baby Vegeta :/

it's an infinite but the timing must be perfect. It was to connect at the highest point for it to continue which is touching barely the tip of enemy's feet. Check my hands cancel video

Hey so me and some friends did some math on the damage scale system. and we found out that Punches kicks and ki based attacks are on systems of there own in relations to the atk power but when you use ki based attack like kamameha that transformation have a hidden scale system to the correlation of the atk power. do you know how the transformation scale works?

I went into dragon arena as level 99 goku, with SSJ4 gogeta capsule, had him fight a level 0 omega shenron, with paouzerous tail, depleted ki, and big bang kamehameha x100'd him. I just wanted to see how high the damage meter can get to.
The ki meter gets maxed out from front way before you ever have to use infinites. Who uses the clock? o.0 all fights are always without a timer poor excuses for saying infinites are op :/

I just looked it up online. A lot of the late generation PS2 games got overlooked. I'm going to see if I can pick up a copy.

So better go with Gohan.
