    Thank you for a succinct explanation of "CREATING CUSTOMER VALUE" for clarity caught this omission ERROR 1:19 on the video left out the word "cost" after benefits and ...... increase or decrease .There were also inconsequential spelling errors. Thanks,again for your kind effort!

    Can forgive one spelling error, but not multiple. With all the effort put into animation, etc. how can something as simple spell check be overlooked?

      That is exactly what I thought. It hinders one's professional presentation/rhetoric and can cause some people to not take the presentation seriously due to the continuous mistakes that could have been easily fixed. This then shows that it was not scanned for errors and the draft was submitted as opposed to there being a final draft. It then makes the individual that prepared the presentation lose reputation because he or she did not prepare adequately by properly polishing his or her medium used for presentation.

    This is literally wrong. The customer value is the value the customer assigns to purchasing a product. So the angry birds example doesn’t make sense because it implies “business” value

    Yes this is a good video but it has about 5 grammatical or spelling errors which undermine its credibility. Experience not Experiance, Lose not Loose, Created not Ceated, Birds not Brids, "your customer" not "you customer". Please fix it. It is a good video actually.
