    I purchased this wrench after watching your your video 2.5 years ago. It's worked extensively well for me. The battery life is fabulous. Thank you for the video.

    Wow, 350 ft-lbs. for $100 is definitely a good deal, and thank you for showing the tool in live action so we could see what it is capable of. Great video, keep them coming please.

      Fight Club TV, yes we agree, for the price, this tool provides a lot of torque. Glad you liked the video. Thanks for watching and commenting!😎👍

    I'm very convinced about buying this after watching this vid. I wanted to ask- how is it holding up since making this video? Cheers

      Ray, we have had it almost two years and it still works great. If you look at a previous comment about a month ago from one of our viewers, Ken, he is a mobile mechanic, uses it daily and he said it is the best in its class especially for the price. We would appreciate if you use our link in the description, should you choose to purchase it, as it helps support our channel. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, we appreciate it!😎👍🛠🧰

      @@Tools4Guys Hmm, have this discontinued this item or have it on back order? I no longer see the item listed.

  • @Ken-1
    @Ken-1 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Yup, it's truly a beast of an impact for the price, with same top of the line features. I use it daily as a mobile mechanic. Only couple times it fell short is on a seized set of lugs that almost snapped a breaker bar, and some lower control arm bolts on a 20yo Nissan. That said, its the best in the budget class, only ones better are the big boys (i.e. Dewalt, Milwaukee)

      Ken, that is great to hear. We have definitely loved it for sure as well, but it sounds like you use it way more than we do, with still the same, strong results, and for the price, very hard to beat. And agreed, the big boys are fantastic, but generally 2-3 times cost, but great nonetheless. Thanks for watching and commenting!😎👍🧰🛠

    Maybe you bought it on sale but Amazon is selling that now for $120. Powerbuilt has a different model for $90 that is 330 ft. lbs but does not have adjustable torque settings.

      I do see that it now went up to $120. I will say this, with this year 2020 being such a crazy year with Covid, many of the tools and other items that we shop for, their prices can vary from month to month as demand picks up. That being said, Ryobi is running a special right now for the holidays, a battery, charger, and a 1/2 in. impact wrench all for $99. Now that is a steal!!! But get it while supplies last! Thanks for looking out Allen T!😎👍

    I noticed your calibrated torque wrench only went up to 150 ft-lb., do they have some they go up higher than that?

    • @Tools4Guys
      @Tools4Guys  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question. Yes, they do have torque wrenches that measure higher ft-lb. There are manual torque wrenches similar to the one shown in the video, and they have digital. The manual ones can run around $40-$50 and measure up to about 150 ft-lb. and those that measure up to 250-300 ft-lb. will run around $80-$90. The digital torque wrenches will cost at least double that, for the same amount of ft-lb. measurements. Basically, the higher measurement of ft-lb. you need, the more it will cost, and double that amount for digital. Hope this answer was helpful. Thanks for watching and commenting!😎👍

      Even if there was you would not able to torque it due to the leverage.

    For $100 bucks, it’s worth just buying one to keep in the truck for when a flat happens

    For a $100 I'll bet you it's a brushed tool, I'll stick with my rigid brushless 600' ft-lbs.

    • @Tools4Guys
      @Tools4Guys  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Rigid is a great brand. Brandon, the middle brother in Tools 4 Guys is a big fan of Rigid. Keep in mind, the requirements for this impact wrench was at least 300’ ft-lbs, and around $100. The Rigid Impact Wrench you are referring to is twice as strong but also almost twice as much, going for $180 at Home Depot currently. We just didn’t need something with that amount of torque. We have had this impact wrench for over a year now, and it continues to get the job done. We are extremely satisfied with it and continue to be. Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate it!😎👍

    Only Makita 👍

    • @Tools4Guys
      @Tools4Guys  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I hear you, Makita is no doubt a really, really great brand, and it was looked at but it didn’t fit our requirements. We needed the impact wrench for a specific job and wasn’t sure how often we would use it, so one of the requirements was to find an impact wrench that could deliver up to 300-350 ft-lbs of torque, while also still being at around $100 for the tool and battery. Makita was looked at but it comes in at just over $250 and that is just for the tool. We looked at other big name brands and again, the cost was more than what we were looking for at this time. Again, we agree, Makita is a great brand, no doubt. Thank for watching and commenting, we appreciate it!😎👍
