  • I replace my Hawk pads with Powerstop Z28 pads. I did this to try to reduce brake dust.

Hey Matt hope your doing well.. I put the Powerstop Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors Kit on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.. A year and a half ago what a difference in stopping performance.. I am sold on the kit,, ended up also doing the same on my VW Jetta and Honda Odyssey .. Stay Safe!

I’m glad to hear that. I’ve had them on a few vehicles and have been happy with them. Thanks for watching and commenting as always.

Thanks for this diy video! I got the same pads butttt, would you be ever so kind to tell me the part numbers on your boxes? I think I might have been sent wrong ones..

Hi my car is make really squeaky noises from the brakes but the brakes look great…could it just be the brake dust and I just need to clean them or lubricate the brakes??

Depending on your pads some squeak. My hawk pads squeak a lot. The z28 pads don’t squeak at all.
