@@rosygallaway yes when I was younger I didn't eat much dairy and when I did I could not handle it. My stomach would hurt so terribly so I avoided it all together. As I got older I started eating more dairy foods and realized they were tasty so I kinda gradually added it to my diet. Some heavy dairy foods still upset my stomach but I don't have the same reaction at all.
