Want to see me model a Lamborghini Countach from start to finish? Check out my series on Patreon: shorturl.at/DGJN9
I like the dude's style. No bs straight to the point. Thats what I am here for
Actually if you select a corner vertex as the last selection, blender will automatically calculate the best grid fill option (most of the time) so you don’t have to play around with the settings
nicee! I didn't know that, thanks!
Chris Plush's advice in his latest course 😄
@@Cyber_Kriss Yeah, i recently completed the course. It's awesome
Huge tip i learned from somebody's short, you can reopen the context menu of an action by pressing F9 ( as long as you haven't made any other action in the meantime ( scaling / moving ). And Thank you for the tutorial, I've had so much trouble using the grid fill recently while working on my rx-7 fd.
Good tip, I didn't know that. It would be 10x better if you could still open it after making other actions. Alignments would be so much easier.
There must be a way to create this.
@@ArijanRace every action has its own redo panel, so u can't redo an old action unless u go into undo history
Yes, the nice thing about Blender is that it's a gift that keeps on giving. You always learn new things. The F9 I knew.
Short, useful, gets directly to the point, understood language, away from nonsense, that's the description of your video, thank you❤
Great tip. I never knew the grid fill was capable of more than just filling flat surfaces such as cylinders or cubes.
I also didn't know it was this powerful until the day before I made this video. Complete game changer.
Maybe you already know this but the curve function under loop tools is also extremely powerful that works on building / rebuilding curvature. Great for cars or anything with a curved surface@@ArijanRace
Bro wtfffffff thanks and how tf do you post exactly what I need at the moment Arijan the goat 🐐
I am enlightened by God🙏
Short and direct to the point. Huge thumbs up!
So helpful. I much prefer a teacher who shows the useful tricks and tips to model rather than show the actaul modelling. Great tutorial man. Keep doing what you doing.
a minor tip: select the vertex in the corner when useing grid fill. that way blender will more often calculate everthing already correct and you dont have to count edges and fiddle around with the menu.
So this method is how you build in nurbs modeling by setting up the UV spans of a surface. Whether it's a 3rd degree or 5th degree surface. This does allow lots of control and consistency of surface. Nice to see this approach adapted to polys.
this tutorial is dope af, cheers bro
Bro, This is definitely the fucking coolest trick i've seen yet. THANK YOU
I do car modelling and this video is game changing bruh! It will save me hours!!!
You young man are a legend !! you've got my subscription !!
On time bro. You Great.
2 minutes in and I pressed the sub button, finally a 3d artist with a head on their shoulders
This channel isn't just about 3D modeling, there's a much higher purpose.Thank you my friend.
The Andrew Tate of Blender
Boom boom! done
🐐
What poly is your Bugatti?
Awesome tip. Many thanks...
Thanks man, i really wanted to make my own design car but im gonna start from pre built blueprints
Making your own design is harder because it must be heavily premeditated. Winging it usually ends in a frustrating disaster, at least for me.
The Bezier Mesh Shaper addon, will make dealing with curves a pleasure.
I love youtube for recommending videos like this after I spent roughly 6 hour on car modeling
Very clear and precise technique, I've never thought of this way of modelling so thank you for doing this, you're doing the Lord's work out here in the far corners of TH-cam. PS: The straight to the point not giving a crap about it, style of tutorials works best. Keep at it, dude!
THIS IS SO UNDERRATED
Great tip, thank You
Good tip! And one I didn't know.
Knew about grid fill but it always gave some f'd up fill when i tried to use it on an irregular surface. Thanks for showing proper way to use it. Never realized when I clicked on the sub button😅
Thank you for this tutorial! Tipp: If you do the grid Fill and your Menu disapers. You can Press F9 to show it again. So you dosent do the steps again only for the Menu. :)
bro 🙌🙌🙌🙌thanks for the huge tip
aweseme! Thanks a lot!
Andrew Tate of Blender ? :D
right on brother thanks for the tip, i've subbed ur channel
Coolest modeling shit I've seen all day! Bravo!
This is amazing
very useful trick tq so much....
awesome! Tks bro.
Love the work, Just wondering, do you add the mirror modifier for the other sides too? Also do you use sub d for this workflow or not?
Thanks.
Now i wanna restart my model 😂
excellent tip
Hey , prozotyke here if you remember me from discord a long while ago . Still loving your vibe you're da great master . Thanks champ . And maintain that attitude
This is crazy.. i remember how frustrasting to extrude 1 by 1.. and then this tutorial came up
Your the Andrew Tate of 3D modeling and I love it.
What a shit comparison
You would love our content then 😅
Came to the comments for this🤣
wow, man, you're really cool, thanks
you look gangsta without a shirt on
Everyone would if they worked out and carried themselves with confidence.
still waiting for full tutorials just like the Abrams tank modeling series you did back then
EXCELLENT
100%
god mode modeling!
yup, that's pretty cool
Nice !
No long bullshit. Just simple and straight to the point
What's the matcap you use?
amazing
hey Arijan, off topic but I think that you and one of my other favorite channel Sketchmonkey have a similar deep voice :)
Brutal👍.
Thats a good tip. Are u gona model that 720s or?
Right now I am making a Lamborghini Countach in my Patreon series, but maybe 720S after?
It would be cool
THE best
nice
the clickbait is just funny lmao
I came to learn how to cook beef
Never have I seen such a unique tutorial, a shirtless man cursing how to model cars
Oi, shirtless guy might be on to something
ولله انك كفو
Nope. You never try to model both sides of the car. You always mirror it. Specially the surfaces that span from one side to another. You only model the other side if it is meant to be different, like the side mirrors.
The Andrew Tate of blender.
You would love our content then 😅
Now do a vanishing fillet without pinching....If you know how to do it, lol
Are you referring to class A surfaces in CAD? lol
@@nom928 No, or I would not mention pinching, I m reffering obviously to polygons. :) lol. I use Alias too, but that is a different world :)
Ah, I was confused because you mentioned a "vanishing fillet", which is an uncommon polygonal modeling term. :P Polygonal modeling complex curvature like cars is all about placing verts very carefully and deliberately in order to avoid surface imperfections. CG Masters has arguably the best car modeling tutorials if you're interested.@@gibson2623
How do you do a vanishing fillet?
@@givmevideos Do you know what it is?
Andrew Tate teaches Blender
Everyone tells me this but I don't get it
@@ArijanRace XDXD it's just too obvious. Shirtless and the way you talk brother
Just the cigar is missing ;3
@@studynow9284 I see. I guess its unusual in the geeky Blender space but where I'm from, men are men and we speak with conviction
@@ArijanRace Daaaamn much respect for you Man! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 we need more Men like you in this era.
he is like the Blender Version of Andrew Tate, tho i dont dislike him.
You are the Andrew Tate of 3d modeling
Tako je brate zz
Love your style and videos man, thats great. But without disrespect, thats the most useless trick i've ever heard in hardsurface, lol. Or maybe I hate that style of modeling, idk. It's so slow. Anyways, sorry bro but i had to say it. Dont take it badly, love your shorts videos, thats great for newcomers !
Parallel universe where a Tate brother got into blender, nice.

Never, thanx.
omg, this is gold. i was always wondering, where is the real difference between these many fill options
this is indeed the coolest modeling feature /workflow i ve ever seen
