I would place the dry ingredients (cornflour,paprika & pepper) into a plastic bag then put the eggplant in the bag to get it evenly coated..Will have to try this recipe as I love eggplant..

Hi Super, hummm, I can't grant the same result but you can try, please sprinkle some oil evenly to the eggplants before bake, siguro 190°C hanggang brown same as the picture, once one side is golden, flip them on the other side.
