- I seriously love The Rose so much! They are definitely one of my favourite k-pop (...k-rock?) groups! I haven't been able to stop listening to these two songs since I filmed these reactions!!! Alive in particular is just so different and it's addictive!!!

The Rose fandom name : Black Rose
The Rose is a band which is composed of four members :
1. Hajoon (Vocalist, Drummer and Rapper).
2. Woosung (Vocalist, (Electric) Guitarist and Leader).
3. Jaehyeong (Vocalist, Maknae, Visual and Bassist).
4. Dojoon ((Acoustic) Guitarist, Vocalist and Keyboardist).
They debuted in 2017 with their 'Sorry' Single.
I love them SO MUCH. I also love Woosung’s solo stuff, particularly Phase Me, LaZy, and Come Down. Also, as an avid RIverse watcher, I never saw Red. And I’ve watched so many of the reactions so many times that I’ve memorized the dialogues. So I’d remember if it was posted, I think. I recommend The Rose’s She’s In the Rain (my favorite), Take Me Down, Childhood, and Beauty and the Beast if you haven’t checked them out. I love Woosung’s voice, but Dojoon kills me (esp in that hat) just as much. The Rose is one of my top 3 K-Bands (Xdinary Heroes and Onewe are up there too).

@@KPopwithKhadija i REALLY REALLY REALLY cannot wait for you to do it. I’ve fallen so in love with their ability as a group, especially the vocals. Their two top vocal tracks are Good Enough and Dear H. They are two of my favorite songs of 2023. I heard them and became instantly obsessed. The vocals are unparalleled. Watching them sing live is amazing, even on the live radio show recording where the lead vocal was sick but STILL managed to kill it. I also recommend their debut song Happy Death Day, as well as Strawberry Cake and Freakin Bad. They are very much a k-rock band, reminding me a bit of an intersection of the White Stripes and Queen sounds.
Good news, they have announced a new tour for North America and Canada!!!!

Ahhhhh I know! They're going to be here in Toronto in October! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to afford tickets 😭 But if I get lucky somehow, I'll try to be there! I am gonna watch 'You're Beautiful' soon!!!!

@KPopwithKhadija Omg I hope you can go! But I'd also call the venue they are performing at about tickets. I was gonna buy from ticket Master, but then called the venue and they told us they weren't accepting tickets from other sites/resellers and they had to be for the venue itself. And then they ended up being cheaper than from ticket Master.

Hii, I would tell you to listen to every song from their previous album 'Heal' but I recommend to start with 'Childhood' then with 'Sour'. Their US and CA tour are open for tickets 💗

I don’t listen a lot of K-pop never got into it but I like some K-pop songs , stray kid god menu and bts mic drop, dream catcher chase me , rain switch to me .
Actually, I was introduced to k-pop doing reactions on TH-cam!!! Hahaha. My band was invited to film k-pop reactions because our music is so similar to k-pop, then we started doing our own series (RiVerse Reacts)... so literally my FIRST introductions to k-pop are all documented online! 😝
My fave boy group is EXO (but there are lots of others who all share 2nd place haha) & my fave girl group is Red Velvet!

You know what? This has been requested like a billion times and I've never seen it! I'm putting it on the list!!!!
Let's get something clear. The Rose is not K-Pop. They are an indie rock band or you could even list them under alternative rock but definitely not K-Pop. I'm glad people are finding out about them from listening to K-Pop but Korea is just like any other country and they have rock bands, metal bands indie rock and so forth. K-Pop is only a small fraction of the music in Korea.
