    Do you have to keep the printing environment at 40% to 60% humidity 24/7? What humidifier do you recommend?

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For the smoothest and least interrupted production experience that temperature is advised at all times for the environment the printer is in. As far as which humidifier, essentially you just want to avoid ones that emit a visible mist spray into the air. Those particles may travel in the work area and we do not want that. Aside from that one that includes a manufacturer warranty would be my best advice.

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Also, if the model does not have a visible humidity display gauge it may be advised to also purchase a gauge to ensure the levels of moisture in the air at all times.

    Is it through head cleaning or Nozzle checks?

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo

      Hello, thanks for stopping by. I have not personally worked with that exact model but the higher the dpi the higher the quality level should be. Will you always need the higher dpi? It depends on a number of factors such as garment, film, powder, etc. Best bet would be to print and apply both to see how they compare

    hey isn’t dtf toxic ? how to prevent it ?

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, let me start by saying untested/non certified materials of ANY kind from an unknown source can be problematic potentially. From day one we have stressed the importance of safety with sustainable supplies and methods. Our products have undergone thorough testing to ensure the safety of the print staff and their customers. Does every company do this and offer the documentation? Probably not. That being said if you follow instructions for ventilation and do not physically ingest/inhale the actual powder or ink you are not at risk. PPE protection can be worn during production as an extra layer of safety such as a mask or gloves but a good system set up properly and used how we instruct can ensure a clean environment and safe production

    • @2lordrew
      @2lordrew 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@AAPrintSupplyCo i just turned 19 and i want to start, your telling me i need all that stuff to be safe ? even if my printer is a cricket explore air 2 and then i have a heat press ?

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@2lordrew That's awesome to hear you are getting your foot in the door! The thing is, we cannot speak on the safety of products from other companies or distributors from overseas. What we can assure you is the materials and supplies that we offer are tested and certified for safety before we ever offer them to market. If you buy from us, join the free trainings and follow instructions you will be safe.
      Now as far as the Cricut Explore Air 2, that would be a cutter - no actual printing going on here but you still always want to consider your source. The material we offer for the Cricut (heat transfer vinyl) is also tested for safety but, again, we cannot speak on behalf of other materials out there from unknown sources. Here is a video breaking down the differences between DTF and vinyl we put out recently: th-cam.com/video/aDSmchqCkxA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mQ3jD9BgUF2zy7Qn

      @AAPrintSupplyCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there, thank you for supporting the channel! First thing, we want to make sure the nozzle check is good before production. If the check prints incomplete we can get lines in the print. Are you experiencing this with DTG or DTF?

    • @Ethan_plays26
      @Ethan_plays26 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We are mainly doing DTF. It’s only happening with that. Nozzle checks have been perfect. It looks like not enough colour and then white is coming through the fine lines. I’ve just ordered new ecofreen film to see if that’s the case. Can I order from you guys? Because we struggle to get good film here in Australia.

    What temp should we bake at ? I at 125 F
    What about the heat press time and heat

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there, what are you using to bake the sheets? The temperature will depend on that (heat press, oven, conveyor dryer, etc). As far as application it should be pressed at between 310-320 F for between 15-20 seconds. Reference your individual films instructions as to whether it is a cold, warm or hot peel. LASTLY, I always perform a finishing press after the peel WITH A COVER SHEET for 5 seconds, same temp used to apply

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello there, are you saying the machine is printing the color layer first and then the white on top? DTF is printed backwards as the film is pressed ink side down. If that is the case this sounds correct

  • @Benshafran
    @Benshafran ปีที่แล้ว

    As far as I know DTF only sticks to T shirts, can DTF absorb into T shirts like using a screen? This certainly makes DTF more popular because using a screen requires a lot of time and effort.

    • @AAPrintSupplyCo
      @AAPrintSupplyCo  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, we have had great results applying DTF to most any surface which can be heat pressed in even contact/pressure. Products include: windbreakers, wallets, safety vests: th-cam.com/video/oT8T2ooXWME/w-d-xo.htmlsi=xBFFLRl0wUDu2ug8
      duffel bags, backpack, lunch bags, pet carriers, denim jackets: th-cam.com/video/PAwRd41v8WU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Q2SrADuGNGMTlO0N
      With good settings you can really embed the transfer into the fibers of the garment. We have seen this effect heightened with a t shirt used a cover sheet for the second press or 'finishing press' as well as T. Seal (aaprintsupplyco.com/products/uninet-icolor-t-seal-finishing-sheet-a3-size?variant=39893254668372)
