For the smoothest and least interrupted production experience that temperature is advised at all times for the environment the printer is in. As far as which humidifier, essentially you just want to avoid ones that emit a visible mist spray into the air. Those particles may travel in the work area and we do not want that. Aside from that one that includes a manufacturer warranty would be my best advice.
Also, if the model does not have a visible humidity display gauge it may be advised to also purchase a gauge to ensure the levels of moisture in the air at all times.

Hi, I have a Epson L1800, to print only white logos on a black t-shirt, can I get excellent results by printing the white isotro at 1440x720 or should I print the white at 1440x1440?
Hello, thanks for stopping by. I have not personally worked with that exact model but the higher the dpi the higher the quality level should be. Will you always need the higher dpi? Hey there, what printer are we running this is happening to you with? Off the bat, cleaning the capping station and running a head cleaning sounds like the first steps
Hello, let me start by saying untested/non certified materials of ANY kind from an unknown source can be problematic potentially. From day one we have stressed the importance of safety with sustainable supplies and methods. Our products have undergone thorough testing to ensure the safety of the print staff and their customers. Does every company do this and offer the documentation? Probably not. That being said if you follow instructions for ventilation and do not physically ingest/inhale the actual powder or ink you are not at risk. PPE protection can be worn during production as an extra layer of safety such as a mask or gloves but a good system set up properly and used how we instruct can ensure a clean environment and safe production
@@AAPrintSupplyCo i just turned 19 and i want to start, your telling me i need all that stuff to be safe ? even if my printer is a cricket explore air 2 and then i have a heat press ?
@@2lordrew That's awesome to hear you are getting your foot in the door! The thing is, we cannot speak on the safety of products from other companies or distributors from overseas. Now as far as the Cricut Explore Air 2, that would be a cutter - no actual printing going on here but you still always want to consider your source. As far as I know DTF only sticks to T shirts, can DTF absorb into T shirts like using a screen? This certainly makes DTF more popular because using a screen requires a lot of time and effort.
