I have both Audi and BMW. Audi’s entire lineup has been redesigned and is available now in Europe. The new 2025 Q5 will be in the US this summer along side the current one. If you love the high tech, curved screens that’s coming as well as an all new EV lineup!
Audi used to be known for its tech which is the least innovative now especially compared to BMW. They lost their way. I just traded my 2019 Q5 for another brand as I didn't find the new q5 interesting compared to my 2019 model.
@@nageshcrmtechie, I have both. Audi is introducing new models in Europe including the Q5/A5 and all new EVs. If you like the high tech curved screens look that’s coming soon, if not buy an early 2025 now!
@jeffsena9140 Audi q6 e-tron with curved display ha started hitting dealerships here in the States. I may take a look at A6 or new BMW neue classe X towards the year end.
Really good analysis guys. If Lexus would actually spend some money on their RWD cars they could get to #1. The IS, LC, RC and LS have been totally forgotten. BMW can seemingly do no wrong with actual buyers vs people who sit here and complain about their looks, who aren't buyers. Mercedes will continue to gain with new products finally getting to dealers in real numbers now. The EQ models are a fail and that is clearly holding them back in total sales. I think Cadillac and Genesis have the most potential for growth. One is new with really good looking product and trying to get their dealer situation under control and the other is seemingly back from the dead and has a pulse now.
I have owned the Lexus RX, BMW X5, and the Audi Q5. I thought the BMW was the best hands down. Lexus is known for great reliability and resale values, but its vehicles are uninspired and lack pizzazz. BMW vehicles are truly fun and engaging to drive, and they’re technologically superior. Audi really needs to update its lineup as it has fallen behind its competitors.
Im willing to bet it's the brother that's wearing glasses in this video (forgot both their names lol). Idk why. Maybe it's because of the glasses, but he looks just a tad bit older lol.
I’m not surprise Lexus is on the top 3 compared to Audi. Lexus newest products have been home runs for them. Audi really needs a brand refresh because everything they have is stale. Genesis will soon be up there with Lexus within the coming years. I’m I’m surprised Mercedes isn’t at #2 though because bmw and Mercedes are like neck to neck on everything. They’re like the “mean girls” of the luxury segment. But I. BMW’s favor, I’m sure the X5 has the best sells out of all their vehicles. That’s the cash cow of the brand.
I’m not gonna bet Genesis would be up with Lexus in a few years. Infiniti had the same momentum and they crashed because they just spent too much development money on each model with too little sales. Genesis is similarly investing way more than they would ever recoup. Already the G70 was cancelled and more models could be if they keep widening their lineup farther than the sales carry them.
The Lexus brand has definitely been on the rise with their luxury vehicles and innovative technology. Their cars are known for their sleek design and top-notch performance.
@ beautiful only applies to the lc500. Not everything else Plus in this space you can’t be boring. You have to be exciting. You have to compete and put in effort Otherwise you’re DOA
Genesis is really not that good. They are a value proposition, but no more. The MSRP of their autos are now only a $2K-$3K less than established luxury brands and equal to Lexus. Also, they have started adding addendum stickers to their vehicles’ MSRP. They have horrible resell. If I’m making a purchase, I would definitely look to the Germans or Lexus. Genesis needs to reduce their MSRP by at least $7K, keep the same content, and stop adding addendum stickers. The current Lexus LS and slow selling LX (both cargo/interior compromised and attractive) should be a warning sign to them. Say what you will about Mercedes Benz, but within the near $100K to $120K price point space, there is nothing like arriving in a car with the 3-point star. Folks respect Lexus reliability and BMW dynamics, but a Mercedes is just in a different head space all its own. This is coming from a prior owner of a 2007 SL 550-people snap into shape upon your arrival. Yes, Lambo, Rolls, Ferrari, and other super high end brands will get more attention and privileges, but everyone can’t spend +$250K on a car or $190K on an off lease example.
I don’t completely disagree, but Infiniti sabotaged their brand. They did so many things wrong from day one-confusing rollout of the original Q45, implementing the revised name scheme, slow development/design updates, and the CVT transmission.
Audi sucks vs Lexus with a superior resale. If Audi had better reliability and resale, I might change my mind. BMW is no surprise even though the exterior styling is fugly.
We had a Lexus 430 and then an LS460. Now own 2 Audi’s and can state unequivocally that the Audi’s are superior in almost every category. The Audi myths about reliability are totally bogus s long as service is performed properly and per the Audi schedule. The resale is worse on the Audi but we have no plans to get rid of either vehicle.
Audi will still be a sales leader GLOBALLY.... above Lexus, Acura and Infiniti and Cadillac... Just because sales dipped in one market (US) means nothing
Selling more doesn’t mean a single thing Selling more doesn’t mean a brands objectively better looking inside or out, more luxurious materials, better tech, more feature rich, more comfortable, more powerful, better performing or driving or handling, better riding, more refined, more exclusive, more desirable etc
Of course. You can't compare a relatively small company like Volvo, to a giant company that makes Lexus. Lexus or BMW will always sell more than Volvo, no matter what. Just like Toyota will sell more than Mazda, no matter how good Mazda actually is.
@ a rav4 outsells a cx5 cx50 gv70 RDX x3 macan etc. but does that mean just because they sell more that the rav4 is objectively superior to all of them in every single way you can think of?
Lexus is so boring and the other brands feel more luxurious compared to them.. they only have resale value and reliability and that’s it, also goes for Toyota

Audi better car to drive. Lexus retains resale value much better.
This review and comparison was very informative....❤❤
Love your new opening 😊
Excellent video!😸
I knew BMW was gonna make #1! I love BMW! Especially the electric BMW’s!
I am not a Lexus fan. No fun to drive at all
Agree… I really wanted to like them, but they have no power
Naveen gonna have to wear diapers on this one. Lexus totally decimated the luxury car industry.
I love my BMW530I M Sport. I just wish I could own them beyond 4-5 years.

The 48 volt mild hybrid system makes start/stop barely noticeable. You can “blip” the throttle and it will restart.
