I just found your channel on TH-cam yesterday and have been binging ever since. I’m thoroughly enjoying your food reviews. Thank you so very much. You’re a lovely family. I love meatball subs. I only would get them from our Italian deli which unfortunately closed during Covid and never reopened. They had a small menu, but the food was excellent.
They have a store like this in Madison Heights Va. The name is Andersons Country Store. They have all kinds of home made things like cakes cookies pies butter dips just a lot of items.
We enjoyed all of the items that y'all showed us and your meals looked excellent too. Brent's family has always made ham loaf for Christmas. They put pineapple and cherries on top of it and they have sweet glaze that they put on top of it. Brent said that he's glad that you tried it and liked it.
That is awesome! Such a great tradition for Christmas. I'll give you a spoiler alert and tell you that I ordered it at a restaurant we went to. That video will be coming out later. Appreciate y'all so much!

Thanks for highlighting another Lancaster County gem! I don't get to East Pete as much as I'd like, but thankfully a handful of places see Clyde Weaver's products around Lancaster and Berks counties. The ham loaf is just amazing. My go to every time. Gus's Keystone Diner in Ephrata does an excellent version using CW's loaf. So good!
We were so impressed with S. Clyde Weaver's store. It is a true gem in Lancaster County. I did not know that Gus's Keystone Diner served CW's ham loaf. We discovered Gus's on another trip and loved it.

This was our first visit and we loved it. We will definitely go back. I think Carly had the right idea to get a sub to go to eat while riding around looking at the beautiful Amish countryside. They people were so sweet there too.

David did a fantastic job of narrating the video, very interesting and informative. They kind of remind me of a mini Walmart, they have so many unique and different varieties! The meats and cheeses caught my eye. My older step brother has been married to a menonite woman for over 50 years, kin to the Amish. She's the best, salt of the earth. They are so resourceful with their hands. The man works and supplies all their needs the woman takes care of everything in the home ! The dining room with the fireplace is pretty cool. I'm gonna try to make it out to Lancaster. Those subs were huge and very tasty looking. Carly's soup was not skimping on the ingredients, she learned that meatball trick from Daddy, she was hungry.haha, Cindy a man I worked with years ago would bring a ham loaf for lunch, we would help him finish it, miss the ham loaf to this day. Nice looking place with a delicious looking variety of foods! Now that turkey sandwich with the bacon look really delicious, was the 7 year Canadian cheddar an option for the subs? I don't think the 7 year Canadian cheddar is an option for the subs. They had the samples out of it and we thought it was delicious. So we bought some and finished it up quickly once we got home. David wants to go back and get some more. It really is tasty. I can see why it won an international award. Some of the best cheese I have ever had. Thanks for watching!

I live less than 30 miles from here. I haven’t stopped there in years. The last time I was there, they did not have the seating area to eat your food.
The dining area is really nice. We enjoyed visiting this store. We got the 7 year old white cheddar cheese to take home. It was so good that we wished he had gotten more. Will definitely be getting more on our next visit. You live in an amazing area. Thanks for watching and commenting.

If you guys are ever near Fincastle Va (Botetourt Co) they have a place called Heritage Family Market, kind of similar to this place , ran by Dunkards, great Subs, and reasonable prices

Prices are on the high side.
Everything has really increased in price everywhere. The prices here were in line with other stores in the area that we visited.
To vafunseekers and Carla s.clyde weavers me and a logging friend I use to work for logging we always would stop there to as well and every Friday at the green dragon there,s a big flea market and they also have lots and lots of stuff to buy and look at even you can buy beef sticks and so on there to also candy yan,s stay in the cool and Carla stay cool as well till next week then outside it,ll be cool from Travis
