At 1:05 and 2:39, you can just hold up, and the noodle bowl/cinderblock will just sit harmlessly on top the hammer! (though You'll want to press attack to knock them out of the way before moving on)

Why would you ever assume shitty US cover = shitty game? Even in the video you're referring to James said the cover didn't represent the game well. And hell, Megaman 1 has a legendarily bad US cover too.

I'm playing it right now and from my experience, it's not very hard by 80s arcade standards. This might become my second arcade 1-coin-clear ever after DariusBurst Chronicle Saviors' arcade mode (the middle route is my best though).

@@deadstockparadise5898 Yeah, I'm pretty new to arcade clears and I just landed a no-miss clear of this one. I'd still say it's a hard game, but probably the easiest Irem game.
They made an NES version of this game, but it was only released in Europe. There was also a sequel released only in Japan.
Actually, the first NES game WAS released in the USA/NA/NTSB market, but it was also a very hard to come by title.

I'm pretty sure that's because the Irem M72, the arcade system this game was developed for, had a very Megadrive/Genesis-like sound chip. Mr. Heli/Battle Chopper and R-Type sound the same.

Okay so... if that construction vehicle fighting game and this game are to be believed, the Japanese construction industry as as cutthroat as can be imagined.
The industry in the USA is even more so, and especially once you get crime families and syndicates involved, not just La Cosa Nostra, but the USA divisions of groups like the Triads and Yakuza as well, Alex Arft.

I just cant enjoy gaming now - first person shooters are okay but how many of them do we need. Nintendo have lost their way and are far too cartoony and not in a good way. Are the targeting 2 year olds?
