I have personally done that Canadian visa for 3 persons successful and they are currently in Canada. One failed because of his own stupidity. The process is not difficult but you have to be smart, honest and realistic. The financial support is the main problem. This guy was borrowing chicken change from the applicant. it shows that he is broke and can’t never meet the financial requirements. The requirements is about 10000 CAD for one person and you have to provide an address or hotel booking.
Why do people need the services of a visa agent to secure a visa? When 80-90% of the documents will still be supplied by the applicant. Simply go through the embassy to get the information/requirements.

Since then I do disturb the agent. On Thursday last week the agent sent me message of denied due to financial insufficient fund
