From this point, I highly advise that you take some time to look into how to properly tag/title your videos, construct a video description, create a thumbnail etc. Whilst students can find the content they need when they go onto your channel, they can't find the videos individually via search as something like '16 mark evaluation' isn't something which someone would search for, whereas 'AQA A Level Business 16 Mark Evaluation Guide' for example is something they'd search for. You've got the content but if you nail the TH-cam side of things, you can go to 5000 subscribers and beyond. Again, you helped me a lot in me getting my A grade (which led to me now studying Management at the University of Nottingham) but by becoming more discoverable, you can help so many others too :)
Remember it's been months since I've studied Business but from the top of my head without any resources, this is what I was talking about in the video • Increase labour productivity by providing financial incentives (Taylor piece rate pay) • If labour productivity has increased, capacity utilisation may also increase which may lead to lower unit costs. The firm may also benefit from production economies of scale • Lower unit costs means that provided revenue stays the same or increases, profit will be greater as profit is total revenue minus total costs • As a Taylor approach may increase the amount of production, total revenue may also increase which could potentially lead to greater profits. • However, if workers focus on simply producing as much as they can then the quality of goods and services may also fall, leading to customer dissatisfaction and potentially lesser sales, thus potentially leading to lesser total profit • Overall, increasing labour productivity would be beneficial to a firm’s profits as increased production would mean the firm benefits from lower unit costs (economies of scale) however adopting a taylor piece rate pay method may not be suitable. Instead, a firm may use Hertzberg, for example giving workers more responsibility to motivate

Ay bro i’m with a different exam board but I think that regardless of the board, a lot of people struggle with time including myself. For example, my last exam is just essay based and there’s a BIG 3-4 page case study, and so I was wondering how did you manage time when doing the papers? especially in cases with huge case studies

I naturally have a business mind (hence why I'm doing it at degree level at the University of Nottingham) which helped me understand everything better but yeah, I actually did start solid revision two weeks before the first exam It's definitely doable but I wouldn't advise it

LOOOOL people are deluded, a business degree from a good uni is one of the best things you can get Only problem is that so many people get a business degree (a lot from not so good unis)
@@MahelKhan an economics degree is much more useful than a business degree. The only reason anyone should take a business degree is if they don’t do maths for A levels.
What is a business lesson like? Does it involve alot of talking and working together with everyone? Or is it just learn from the teacher and separate work?
It depends on your school/teacher tbh because at mine, we were sometimes given worksheets to do in pairs but it was mostly just learning directly from the teacher

I was told by Cambridge Assessment International Education that I can get in touch with Pearson International team in Australia directly for my enquiries. But, It is tremendously difficult to get in touch with them. Could you please help me to find out this exam?

A large amount of it is essay based and any maths is usually used in your essay answer But generally essay based and I would definitely recommend it :)
you don't get marked for spag in business or anything like that so as long as you are able to learn a set structure (check mr evans business) then you'd be fine in business

Im thinking of dropping biology for business im 2 and half months into school do you believe i will be fine for catching up amd going head securing. a high A/A* considering i have a good work ethic
@@aria6709 theres a total of 6 units in AS and each unit has 3-5 topics i finsih a topic a day and its really easy honestly you need to use logical thinking i recommend to change it for one of your subjects if your struggling

I’d say use both but using Mr Evans’ videos may be quicker and less boring than going through an entire textbook

Yes absolutely! Just make sure you're getting in at least 2-3 hours of solid revision a day in and you should be fine :)
