Amber Ruby Player here, thank you very much for featuring my chaotic looking decklist!! I know you also are kind of an Amber Ruby Guy and every set I very curiously see what brews you are working on. I worked quite some time on A/R Queen's Sensorcore but it didn't „clicked“ for me so I went back to my old Mufasa build and testet some new cards and synergies (Humble's list from Team Labyrinth also was an inspiration for me). Back then the list contained 4 small and 4 Shift Queen but they got cut almost completely due to other options and will leave the deck eventually... For the tournament I wanted to run „some“ more 1-Drop characters which were able to trade Meerfolk and to contest the board a little bit. Also I quite liked the synergy of Shift Queen to reduce or gain strength in combination with Brawl, Medusa or Minnie Mouse/Worlds Greatest. Daisy was strong and needed against Red/Blue and Green/Steel, you're often able to hit the non-character cards. But you're right, against Emerald/Amethyst it was difficult to use Daisy... After all together with Lumiere she had good enough stats against Banzai and could be used as an Rapunzel target. I've lost because of Go Go Tomago and to be honest these were very close matches. Definitely a hard matchup for me, I've played against 3 E/A during the event and lost against two of them (managed to win 2:0 against one other). One of the best uses of Lumiere is to protect Doc/Gaston from Kit Cloudkicker and Brawl because everyone seems to run 4 of them at the moment. Like you I love Gaston, but Doc is also nice as a threat to reduce some cost AND to quest. Surfer Stitch is quite underrated I feel, with Gaston he can come out on turn 5. Flying Goof was recommended to me by a friend and he convinced me on this card, because in fact there are so many evasive things right now in the Meta that Goof can deal with. Sure, Minnie and Worlds Greatest can deal with Maui Shark, but also with the new Pluto or 5-Cost Jim Hawkins (which I sniped once with Minnie). Also banishing the „old“ targets like Clarabelle, the two Sisus, Cindy Stouthearted, Tamatoa, Maui, Maleficent Dragon sounds great, but to be honest these are relatively niche situations. Judy Hopps with Support and Shift Queeen provide synergy with banishing 5 Costs (once I killed Fox that way). Regarding Minnie Mouse, people forget that the Bodyguard keyword sometimes has a real impact onto the board. Protecting Gaston or your questing threats felt good enough. I'm glad that you feel Revive too, it has some neat uses in a deck with many 5 Cost characters. Summoning some Maui, Rapunzel, Super Goof, Minnie, Scar or Mufasa from the discard can be very impactful. Again, thank you for your great content and keep up these deck guides and presentations! Hopefully sometime A/R will win some big tournament, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this ink pairing! For my build I surely make some more changes soon...

I'm hoping Minnie gets her time to shine soon! I had her as a one of in my fun Amber Ruby deck in set 5 for some surprise moments. 😁
