bosares, your telecasts are missing entire shots and fragmenting. You need to check on this because its happening every recording and there were plenty in this recording to choose from. Also, how many matches is Jacob gonna give away on easy spares? Its just staggering what he is doing. You think he would have made that a focus by now...but nope, same techniques, same misses.

@@kaseyowens3065 they're definitely not rich either. Think about the costs to be on tour. Hotels, entry fee, food and drink, lineage, ball drills, transport? Being on tour is more expensive than you could ever believe. I know this cause I have a close friend who was on the Russian tour for a while and his transport was about 14000 Rub which is about 200 Euros per flight. I can't remember who said it, but someone said: "if you bowl for the money, you're in the wrong sport." You kind of need to be well-off to bowl semi/professional But dont overlook the cost of doing so.
@DASO MILITIA the sponsors they have only go so far. My mate is a staffer for Logo infusion and only gets balls and equipment. Everything else he has to pay for. Yes a few professionals are quite well off. But most of them aren't.
@@Pinoystriker yes they do. Some of the top pros get byes in to the next open for winning the more esteemed opens. But a lot of the pros on tour still have to pay for their entry fee. The entry fee for members of the pba is around 500/600 dollars depending of tier as of November 2018. Yes sponsors do pay their staffers to represent their brand but they still have to pay an entry fee. You seemed to have glossed over the other stuff I mentioned which is where most of the expense comes from.
jOE Marchand the PBA basically recorded these telecasts all in one day, only to show them week after week. That’s what they do when they don’t have live events on TV..... as for the “audience”, they aren’t hired lol. They’re legitimate bowling fans who paid money for tickets to this. PBA bowling is very important to them up in Maine lol. It’s just the way they are lol.
I get it with the whole idea of trying to make it more exciting by adding the vibe of the Portland crowd.. but, a little bit goes a long way and too much is too much, especially when it looks like a hired crowd of idiots now with absolutely no clue as to when to chant or not to chant.. seems like it's getting scripted... but, I have seen too many instances of downright interference on key shots during backswings and other. It is starting to cross way over the line into mockery. And the shriekers.. please..
Really... i thought the crowd was great. They are trying to bring excitement to the game it would seem . The last thing you want at a bowling match is a lame golf type crowd with the commentators whispering in between shots then switching to commercials for depends adult diapers, it would be pretty boring for some one tuning in for the first time. I'm pretty sure thats one of the love's for Troup, not only a great bowler, but full of energy, flashy and fun to watch. Although they could ban grumpy old Weber though, just a thought with a bit of humor mixed in. Bowling is getting much more popular and exciting especially with bowlers like Belmo and the other two handers at the top of the sport.
jacob can 100% throw reactive and keep up with it. He just uses urethane most of the time because it works. One of those titles he won he was throwing resin.
If I were a PBA bowler I doubt I would even participate. I remember the days of bowlers making a stink for a crowd member making a single noise, and rightly so.

Tenpinmaster don’t get too excited. I hated the ball. Sold it after a month. Guy I sold it too, also hated it haha. But hey you could be a much better bowling than I am my avg is only 206 lol
Why on each video does it cut out important moments, like the very last shot of Butturff? Is it because of copyright/promo issues? This happens quite a bit throught the videos where it'll skip a shot or whole frame of a bowler.
I like a little crowd interaction with my bowling and I'm loving the personality infusion the sport has gotten but it feels a little hollow and phony at times, like everyone from the production to the crowd is trying way too hard to be cool. Part of bowling's charm is that it can be loveably dorky
Faaackin awesome man. I watch all your videos! I really like how urethane is making such a strong comeback in the arsenals of the pros. I wonder if this is because of some advancement in urethane ball tech, or if these guys have started to come full circle with bowling technology. Maybe in another 10 years we will see rubber make a comeback xD
I like how they can see how fast bowlers throw on their strike shot, but I wish it showed how fast they throw their spare shots sometimes. Like I would’ve like to see how fast Wes threw his spare ball at the 7-10 split
I really dislike this Fox crowd format. It cheapens the sport by turning it into a circus trying to generate fake excitement with contrived chants. For the bowler trying to focus on a key shot, having a bunch of drunks screaming at him is not what’s expected in a professional environment. Not doing anything for the sport’s credibility ......just sayin’
It's still better than ESPN doing stupid stuff like having them bowl outside or golden pins or 3 man games to rush more action. I like how they have the computer grahics. Would love to see a house shot tournament set up though, go get those 260 and 279 games back on TV.
Will be online today. The replay this week was 2 days after the first show, not sure why Fox took so long. I have extracted the file now and will remove commercials and upload to YT.
I don't mind it so much, it's probably scripted and encouraged but to go back to ESPN's crap would be worse. We aren't going to get the 1970s style of bowling though.

every single video has fragmenting and then it skips in those spots and one day its gonna skip in a very clear spot to where everyone will complain. Perhaps its time to get your computer looked at or the way you are recording these.
@@mpup54 I run a software to trim commercials and it can be buggy at times. But these shows that I record, which are replays, aren't always clean, Fox trims the live ones to fit the replay slot and often they screw things up which carry over to what I upload.

In some of my videos there was trimming done by FS2 to fit the replay time slot. In other videos, there's a glitch caused by the software I use to remove commercials. It splits the whole video in chunks and then "stitches" it together again. During that operation I've seen it causing some artifacts in a few videos. Unfortunately the only way to guarantee that wouldn't happen is by manually removing commercials, which I've done before, but I don't want to do it again. Takes too much of my time to do and I make no money from this so I upload the videos as they come and hope that is enough for those that can't get the channels at home.
@@bosoares You should just leave the commercials to be honest. I think it would be less likely to be pulled down since those advertisers are getting extra air time. Plus, if this is still up in 20 or 30 years it will be far more interesting for viewers. No big deal to skip ahead for me.

Butturff is a bit like Jesper - bit of a one trick pony - if urethane doesn't work he's got nothing else.
