I came looking for reviews and to see wether it’s worth buying. So glad I found your video. I’m definitely going to buy this. One thing though, the music is a bit loud which makes it harder to hear you.

Great video. I carry one of these in my truck. I made a similar fire floor from a pizza screen to allow me to burn wood pellets.

I just ordered the large one. I can't wait for it to get here! I live on the lake and we lose power alot during storms. This would be perfect to use on our coverd deck during those times and on rainy days! Thank you for the review! 😎

Now that I've watched your entire video. I'm going to order a few more for backups! You never know... the price may hike up or could discontinue one day! Ha! Thanx again!

I appreciate that very much thank you. We really enjoy the stove. We like the fact that it is not a big production. it became very purposeful.
Feel free to let us know how yours is working out for you.

Great Vid - Thanks for the helpful tips. I chose to just drill a few holes in the upper 2-sides of the stove as opposed to the more extensive cutting of added metal pieces and going through notching them out to fit on the top. This allows for adequate air-drafting and eliminates excess weight and added pieces to worry about losing or replacing.

By far the best stove out there. I have the large one for my motorcycle tours and thanks for the upgrades.

Mr. Living, I was already set on getting one of these, but your video made me look forward to it. This thing covers all my bases. Where campers see no firewood, I see an endless supply of twigs. I love it. Also, charcoal and alcohol. Using said twigs, a spirit burner can be propped up inside a fine windscreen. Well done. Respects.

I have this same stove also and have made the two similar mods also. Great little quick review and instructions. I also previously purchased smaller Versions of this stove was unstable also and had to make several mods to it to make it functional. Thanks

Hey, not a problem. glad you enjoyed it. I couldn't get a smaller stove. Because of this little stove I am thinking of switching to a single burner stove in the van. We really love this stove and its really neat how it serves as a full functioning cook stove for such a small package. I appreciate the comment. See ya on the next video.

Great stuff mate and thanks for the tips.
I plan to use this for wild camps when Im taking a vehicle. If Im taking a vehicle I will be taking a skillet.
Now Im just looking around my apartment, clutching a pair of tin snips, trying to find something to make two notched pot raisers with haha.

Nice stove, I have one. I like these modifications. I'm going to find a grate for the modification you did to hold smaller twigs and thr wood coals. I added a Silky Pocket Boy saw and I can cut branches.

    • @altereddailyliving3213
      @altereddailyliving3213  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

I have never heard of a silky pocked boy saw. I am going to have to check that out. Yeah the grate seems to make a big difference and a very simple mod to do. Glad to hear I am not the only one who loves this thing. Thanks for throwing something new my way. Thank you for the comment. Have a great day

Good video! They're selling on Amazon right now for only $13AUD, $8.70USD. Free next day delivery with Prime. Am in Australia, bought one, liked it so much, ordered another one for a gift for a friend, arrives today. Great little stove at a bargain price.

I love this stove! The biggest plus is free fuel. Clean up old brush and you’re cooking. So, the only cost is the purchase price pretty much. Imagine being out of fuel and having to drive 20 or more miles to pick some up. If you can even find it right now. If nothing else this is the perfect backup cooker to keep you out there longer or in case of being stranded. I ordered one today as well. Great video, the music wasn’t needed. No offense, just giving feedback. Just hearing your excitement about the stove was all I needed to hear.

Yes yes and yes for all those reasons. This little stove put an end to using propane for cooking. The efficiency of this stove is priceless all by itself. I appreciate the constructive words. I hope your as happy with this stove as I am. Feel free to let me know your thoughts and feelings with the stove. I appreciate your comments and subscription. Have a great day

I just got one and want to try building a Dakota fire pit and then putting this on top of it with the ash catcher on the top to trap the heat and see if it can be used as an oven too. I bet I could even rig it up like a smoker. I love this thing and haven't even used it yet. The quality is there its noticed out the box and the design is great, the features and the way it takes down, so much potential. Im glad I got this thing for SHTF but most likely camping. It's only downfall and dont mean to disagree with you but I dont think this would be good for hiking, its too heavy to trek around, there's smaller liter more basic ones for hiking, this is more camping, van life or for a disaster.
