I love goat cheese I was scared to try it at first but then I loved it and pasta. You would love havarti if you haven't already tried it I had a store next to a hickory farms and the ladies there would always bring me over things to try and havarti is 😋

I used to make divinity with my grandmother. Yours is squishy probably because of high humidity or wet weather. Divinity is supposed to be more like a very rich merange type cookie/candy. I remember having to throw out entire batches because we didn't get the recipe just right.
Hi Misty and Mark, I bought our two sons the Christmas Vacation moose mugs and ornaments. Their nicknames in school were “Moose” and Mini Moose”. I love anything moose. In the winter, one of our spare bedrooms is all moose items. I even put up a small Christmas tree decorated with moose.
