It's very important. Burn outs are devastating and take a long time to recover from. Trust me I am still recovering after 5 years!! The lunchbox notes are a fabulous idea! I used to do that for my daughters. Not everyday but on big test days or a special day and sometimes just random. I do think it makes a difference ❤😌
Italy will be massively crowded in 2025. It's the year of jubilee, happening every 25 years and they expect double the annual visitors. But always beautiful

I'm going to talk to my small church group tomorrow about doing it and I'm 100% sure they will be all in.
