Im having issues with the other buld On the driver side, if you're facing the engine bay it's left of the one you replaced, does it just screw out? If feels like I'm gonna break it

My low beams are weird I have to screw them to get them out is that normal? It doesn’t have to outer cap to turn in order to get the bulb out.
