It’s a great and very explained video. I’ll give it a shot for 94 coupe first time. It’s leaking oil on the corner close to the time belt area. It’s gets worse when I drive on the freeways, on street or just parked it leaks very little. Hopefully this cover gasket will solve the issue. Thanks for your help and wish me luck guys of the diy world. 😅
@@MyLooneyBin i replaced the valve cover gasket and it’s still leaking man. Looks like it’s coming. Underneath that, between the engine head and the rest. Is it that part where the head gasket goes? If so, how complicated is that to do by myself?

yea, this was a tough video, because we really did so much more, we replaced the upper and lower spark plug seals, but just didn't get the best footage and my camera messed up ... if I do it again, I will probably re do the video ... hope you got some use out of it thanks
You don’t know what you are doing you are not supposed to use sealant on these Honda motors in the channels of the valve cover ; you put sealant on those four square corners just a dab on each one other side of the cam on top of the rubber but that’s it ; after you did this the cover most likely leaked
Good to know, I am going to assume you know what you're talking about, I personally haven't had any issues, but next time i will definitely do it this way. Thanks a lot. Hopefully others will read the comments!!

yea, the Valve Cover Gasket isn't that bad! We actually replaced the Spark plug seals as well, but didn't get all the video

Good job ! Like the idea of the blue gasket.
Thanks! 👍
The white bottles of permatex form a gasket works great for holding gaskets in place as well
nice, I still think I have a little leak, may need a new valve cover? not enough to notice between changes, but still see some oil
It will be my first time I like how he walked us threw it .
how did it turn out
you can rule the world with 10mm tools

Fantastic video!
Glad you liked it!
Hello! I got Oil in the tubes, where is the video you mentioned for the seal rings? 🙂Thanks!
yea, I never ended up making the video, I think if you take off the valve cover and then take out the springs they are easily accessible.
watched another channel where the guy forgot to reinstall the o rings!! LOL
Yea sometimes the videos don't show everything, but if I don't show it, I at least try to verbalize it
thanks for sharing new sub
Thanks for the sub!
Gonna buy some stuff of Amazon from your page

My Looney Bin we ordered porter cable zip wheel and circular sat
Oh hi does it the oil needs to be removed first when taking off the valve cover
No, not just the valve cover. Shouldn't be that high. But you definitely can.
Let me tell you what I saw, as far as I know there are no bolts holding the valve cover on . Didn't see that part

No. , but you can.
