Managed the 5 workouts in 5 days. I think I enjoyed them all but I also think that the endorphins afterwards make me forget how much pain I’m going through during it! Just got myself 28kg and 32kg bells so looking forward to that pain next year 🎉🎉

It took me about 10 days to get through all 5 workouts. Can’t remember which was my favorite. I love them all. Very challenging. I think I might start back at day 1 of 2023 fitmas and run through all 10 workouts over the next couple of weeks. I desperately need chalk though! So sweaty!
I've done F&F 3,4 and 5 at least 2 times each and a good amout of YT workouts. This 5 days christmas series is one of the best, if not the best of the series and indepentent workouts. Main reason being is that it has no bullshit, just business. Main focus stays on kettlebells and i like the idea that they are supposed to do with variety of bell sizes, so i can always adjust to my level of fitness or energy level that i have before workout. 30 mins is definetly more doable to a 43 yo working man. Only negative from my opinion was in the end and that was those double pushup burbees that are not my cup of tea. being 190 cm and 115kg those two exercises just hits different. Well good that they were AMRAP. Great series and probably gonna be rolling with this for few weeks. Thaks Mike👏
I just finished up the 5 days. Day 5 was a butt kicker. Probably because I had too much Christmas cheer yesterday. Day 3 was probably my favorite. Now to increase the weight.
