    Definitely a fun one that drains the whole body. Initially said I had a goal of 18 minutes but I was truly trying to reach a goal of 16:30. The deadlifts were just a tad heavy for me so if you told me I would knock out the 21-18-15 in 3 sets I would have been happy. However, if I knew that the 12 would take 3 and 9 would take 2 that happiness would have disappeared. I’m decent at burpees, mostly at just staying consistent. Not the best rower but knew I could hold about 1000 cal/hr pace, or just around 17 cals a minute. Overall, a few less breaks on the deadlifts and better transitions into and out of the rower and that goal might have been accomplished. It was always so brutal coming of the rower straight into the deadlift, especially knowing you want to have the most reps completed on the first set. Give this one a go!

    wow!!! another awesome workout!!! Some would find this boring and repetative but only real crossfit lovers would get it!!!!! I love it!!!

      For sure, although I don’t think it’s any more repetitive than going to a gym and doing one muscle group for 3x5 like most programs.

    Hey, super. Ich fahre am Samstag mit dem Rad 305km .
    Deswegen ab heute Beine schonen. Ich versuche die 305km in unter 13 Stunden zu fahren (inkl.Pausen)
    Dein Workout mache ich später, die helfen mir fit zu werden
