Do you mean you can't find the Arduino UNO in Arduino IDE or you can't find the port in Arduino IDE?
If you don't find the Arduino UNO in Arduino IDE, the name for the board is Arduino/Genuino UNO.
If you don't find find the port in Arduino ID, you need to try another board or USB cable.

The robot car kit just work under 7V, and the battery case is just for 18650 battery. you can order 18650 battery and charger on www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZR8NKJL?ref=myi_title_dp

The battery case has been improved and it can fit most of 18650 batteries now.
