Acne? Don't eat refined carbs and that one's body may not be coping with all those easy carbs (White flour/ white rice- sugars) at puberty and the associated years.

Your face always has bacteria on it. Everywhere in fact. Of course one cleans oneself. There is a danger of over washing for your face and skin is meant to have oils and some 'life' on it. Don't strip it too much.

My mother, who is a Mexican lady, made sure every single inch of our body was washed, and washed good too. Nothing left un clean.
