    Something is wrong with this, consumers will still be eating junk but in smaller portions and pharmaceutical companies will be getting rich. If you what to lose weight they can do the OMAD intermittent fasting and eat healty and drink healthy teas like rooibos during fasting window

      OMAD or other type of IF is not for everyone. They cause serious side effects for some people, like stomach issues.
