I believe in taking care of myself. I have a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little bit puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand of them. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser and then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. You can always be thinner and look better.

i workout heavy & sweat alot. Ive noticed that if i dont shave my private areas, chest, stomach, etc i hold a ton of Body odor plus i get real itchy. Its real uncomfortable. I shave idc what anybody says.

If you usually don't shave your legs, but you have to get surgery on one leg, here's a tip for you: shave both legs right before the surgery, because one will get shaved anyways and it will take forever until it's fully grown back and it just looks pretty weird for a long time. If you shave them both right away, the hair will grow back at the same pace and it will look normal again much sooner.

Actually the Dove soap was the only thing that fixed my dry skin. I had massive red dry T-zone. Dove ended up fixing my entire face in 24 hours. It's not a regular soap, it's a cream bar if you do a research you can actually know how good it is.
