I love the He grooming shower bundle, but unfortunately it doesn’t work for my hair. My fine hair gets extremely oily within 6-8 hours after showering if I don’t use a shampoo that’s specific to my type of hair. Not sure if it’s just my hair or if the he grooming shampoo just isn’t great.

It would be advisable to rinse off your conditioner prior to applying soap on your body in order to prevent the occurrence of back acne. My suggestion is to utilize the time your hair is being conditioned to brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with mouthwash. This way, you can immediately rinse off the conditioner afterwards.

Perfect shower routine would be freezing water with flouride whitening wash in your mouth. It'll force you to nasal breath under stress and you won't be in there for more than 5 minutes.

I do all of this , except the part where you rinse the conditioner after you wash your face. You have to be done with your hair before you wash your face otherwise those chemicals land on your face.
