@@Godzilla_Star_Eater Don't remember exactly. I think it had something to do with some kind of false flag runner impersonating the runners. You can see in a decent longplay of the game what happened.

24:08 they made that mechanic just for one mission that was cut, but put loads of opportunities to use it in the sequel
Interesting, I thought the modder recreated that feature using the mod tools.
Was the voice of faith at the start in the game files or its just good voice impression?
No idea, someone else made the mod. Might find the answer on the download page on ModDB, I think I grabbed it from there.

Yeah the mod appears to be based off a canceled level seen in concept art. The prison is actually playable officially on the iOS gsme.
