മോട്ടിവേഷൻ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഇതാണ്. പുള്ളിയുടെ കോൺഫിഡൻസ്, ബോഡി ലാംഗ്വേജ് എല്ലാം ശരിക്കും കണ്ടുപഠിക്കേണ്ടത് തന്നെയാണ്. എത്ര കൂൾ ആയിട്ടും കൃത്യമായിട്ട് ആണ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നത്. ഇതൊക്കെ കാണുമ്പോൾ ആർമി യോടുള്ള respect കൂടിക്കൂടി വരുന്നു. ഇനിയെത്ര സിനിമാ നടൻമാരും ക്രിക്കറ്റർമാരെ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാലും, ആർമിയുടെ തട്ട് താണു തന്നെ ഇരിക്കും.

​@@santhoshmundayat5798 താങ്കളുടെ കമ്മറ്റി നോട് ഭാഗികമായി യോജിക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ. ഷോട്ട് സർവീസിലും പെർമനൻ്റ് കമ്മീഷനിലും നല്ല കഴിവുള്ളതും ഇല്ലാത്തതുമായ ഓഫീസർമാര ഉണ്ട്. ഞാൻ കണ്ടത് വെച്ച് അത് നമുക്ക് ജനറലൈസ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ഷോർട്ട് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷനിൽ നിന്ന് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് പലരും പെർമനൻ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അല്ലാതെ എല്ലാവരും റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. സീനിയർ ജൂനിയർ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഏത് ഓർഗനൈസേഷൻ ആണുള്ളത്. ആ പ്രശ്നം എല്ലായിടത്തുമുള്ള പോലെ ആർമിയിൽ ഉണ്ട്. അല്ലാതെ അത് ഊതി വീർപ്പിക്കാൻ കാര്യമുണ്ടെന്നു തോന്നുന്നില്ല. വിജയ് സാറിനെ നേരിട്ട് അറിയുന്ന കൊണ്ട് പുള്ളിയുടെ കാര്യം എനിക്ക് പറയാൻ കഴിയും. പുള്ളിയെ ഒന്നും ഒരു സീനിയർ ഓഫീസറും harass ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഞങ്ങളാരും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. അതുപോലെ കഴിവുണ്ടായിരുന്ന പുള്ളിക്ക്. പിന്നെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലർക്ക് വഴി എനിക്കറിയാം വിജയ് സാബ് പെർമനൻ്റ് കമ്മീഷന് വേണ്ടി apply പോലും ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. റിട്ടയർമെൻറ് എടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. റിട്ടയർമെൻറ് സ്പീച്ച് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ പുള്ളി പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു ഫാമിലിക്ക് വേണ്ടിയാണ് റിട്ടയർമെൻറ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന്. പുള്ളിയുടെ ഭാര്യയും വർക്കിംഗ് ആണ്. കുട്ടി ഉണ്ടായതിനു ശേഷം അവർക്ക് ഒരുമിച്ച് താമസിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ. പുള്ളിക്കാരൻ റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തില്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ മിനിമം ഒരു ബ്രിഗേഡിയർ ആയേനെ. പിന്നെ പെൻഷൻ, പുള്ളി ഏതോ വലിയ അമേരിക്കൻ കമ്പനിയിലാണ് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. മാസം മൂന്നര നാല് ലക്ഷം രൂപ മേടിക്കുന്നത്. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ജനറൽ സാബിന് പോലും ഇത്ര സാലറി ഇല്ല. പത്തുകൊല്ലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇങ്ങേരുടെ സാലറി എന്താണെന്ന് ഊഹിച്ചാൽ പോരെ. പെൻഷൻ ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും സുഖമായി ജീവിക്കാം.

As Vijay said, it makes a lot of sense. I'm an engineer working in the UK, all that i have is bank balance and now when i think of it, its not really worth it. The workplace racism is definitely a thing. I am going to reconsider my career choice.

This was my dream ..but unfortunately I lost hope in life,deppressed, lost self esteem . Even when I got another uniform I thought I was going to be okay but everything started again.. panic attacks, lost interest in life, negative thought etc I was upside down .. it took me almost 6 yrs to understand what I was going through .... I wanted to change my perspective of life ,from there I began changing myself ... Still struggling but I made a descision of never backing down .. Proud that I'm a warrior and will remain a soldier always ❤
