SALTED FISH STEAM CHICKEN WITH EGG | SHERSON LIAN

In this episode, I'll be making a delightful combination of salted fish, chicken, and eggs. It's a multi-texture, nice and meaty at the bottom, silky smooth on the top, and has this Umami from the salted fish.
Ingredients minced
- 400 gm minced chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger(grated)
- 2 stalks Spring onion
- 1nos Salted fish (mackerel/tenggiri)
- 6 nos shiitake mushrooms
- oil
Ingredients Eggs
- 3 nos eggs
- white pepper
- 1tsp seasoning
Ingredients topping
- Chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Green part of spring onions

What can we use instead of the red chilli paste on the egg. I didn't understand what exactly the paste is

The chili I used on top of the eggs was chili oil, you can buy them or make them on your own. It’s quite convenient to have and it goes well with many dishes.
