These are literally the highest quality vegan meal preps out there. I love that it's nutritionally complete. Your stir fry on the last video like this is my husband's absolute favorite and it makes a ton for cheap. This is badass work.

Don't know if anyone commented on this, but in order to safely cool down food in the fridge you need to keep the food uncovered until it's cold, then cover it. Love the recipes. Thank you.
This is awesome! Thanks! I have been dying for a vegan influencer who lifts, to make meals that are nutritionally balanced, without using protein powders. Thank you!
Not vegan but I really appreciate that this embraces what it is without a bunch of powder supplements or faux products. I'm going to give it a try next grocery run.

I love this series man. I’ve pretty much tried every meal prep you have made, and I can’t decide which I love more. Every week I pretty much just mix and match depending on what I’m feeling like eating for the week. I’m making this one for the following week, and this looks delicious already. Even though I enjoy protein shakes, relying on them doesn’t paint a good picture for the “where do vegans get their protein???” crowd. This is more than enough protein for the regular person, and just about enough for someone trying to build muscle.
Thank you so much for the kind words!! It's amazing to hear that you've tried all the meal prep guides!! What's your favorite meal of ours that you've tried? 😄🌱
Thank you for doing these videos. they are so well done and thorough. The efforts don't go unnoticed! The foods are also so similar to what I already eat so it's amazing to see little tweaks I can make, the nutrition breakdown, and others eating like this!
Thank you so much! Me and my team put a ton of hours into these videos so I'm glad it's being noticed! I absolutely love your perspective of making tweaks in your current diet to optimize it! 😃

Hello! This is a great video, however I recently took a body scan quiz and also through trail and error found that my maintenance calories is only 1500 :( so to lose weight and tone up I would need to eat lower than that! How do I get in enough protein being vegan (im currently vegetarian) while not gaining weight?
I give some ideas on how to lower the calories at the 7:29 mark! I don't get quite down to 1,431 calories but I get close! Glad you're enjoying the content. 😃💚
This is such a great meal prep. Thank you. I am trying to sign up for the nutrition course, but when I press the ‘sign me up’ button it says that the page cannot be found 😅
Thank you! Such a relief to switch gears from bars and shakes! My body composition plateaued on plant-based so I am in month 2/3 trying to boost protein and see if it moves the needle in the DEXA before considering going back to the dark side. ;) Notes to future self: brekkie $2.54/, lunch $5.02/, dinner $6.16/ (14% of which was a bougie tomato I didn't use) *SoCal price points, opting for organic when available, not itemizing small quantity spice. Brekkie- mail ordered PBFit and was surprised it was only $0.36 more per serving. Also surprised it only gives a +1 gram protein boost over the sticky stuff, but makes clean up and shelf storage easier. The remaining 10 servings will be clutch on my next backpacking excursion. Already have a decent arsenal of overnight oats/chia pudding mason jar meals, but never hurts to have one more. Overbuy bananas to adjust for "roommate" theft. Lunch-- My favorite of the 3. Found myself reaching for cherry to globe sized tomatoes because it felt weird to have a partial beefsteak hanging out for days. I got confused prepping these recipes over 24 hours vs 30 mins (alongside a 5 yr old sous chef) and accidentally pickled the "leftover" red onion from the seitan only to discover I needed it here, but if anyone else hates raw onion, ceviche it in a vinegar bath if you have a couple hours. I wonder if you could stuff these into cabbage leaf wraps if you were cutting carbs? Dinner-- TIFU when it turns out coco aminos aren't a great 1:1 sub for lower sodium soy sauce because they are next level salty, but this still turned out edible and better than most of my experiments. If you want to save $1.25 and generate less packaging trash, make your rice from scratch, but I'm actually surprised at how low the convenience tax is on this item. This would work pretty well as a dump and neglect instant pot recipe with a smidge of water. Get out your quart mason jars, this volume of food is going to overflow the pint size.
Love that plan and I love the notes you made for yourself!! More protein could definitely be a solution. Please let me know how this works out for you! 😃
That was fast! I wish I could eat bananas, ugh…just the thought makes me nauseous (LOL). I also wheeze around them, so best that I stay away. I also can’t stand peanut butter in bowls, smoothies, or oats. I like PB on a sandwich or cracker once or twice a year. LOL I really enjoy your delivery and video style, keep up the great work! 🙌🏻
Hello, I see in your table that some micronutrientes exceed the daily needs by many times (almost 5 times more for some!). Can it get toxic/bad for the body always eating that much more than the recommendations?
Why was I unable to participate in the vegetarian nutrition course when I sent an email? It seems that there is a problem on the page. Please solve it as soon as possible.
Been a vegan for 10 years, I’ve used these exact products. The math here is incorrect. 4 cups of oatmeal, 4 tbsp of chia seeds, 4 tbsp of hemp seeds, 2 packs of seitan and 2 blocks of tofu doesn’t equal 120 grams of protein per day for 4 days. It’s like 85-95 grams of protein per day if spread out over 4 days
The math is correct. We inputted everything into Cronometer and did a nutrition breakdown at the end of this video. The full nutrition breakdown is on our website (link in bio). All plants have protein, so while you listed some of the higher protein foods, there’s a lot of protein in the foods you didn’t mention. The foods you mentioned (oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, seitan, and tofu) all contain 75 grams per day. And all of the other foods contain 52.2 grams of protein per day. For example, the PBfit powdered peanut butter is 8 grams, the vanilla soy milk is 6 grams, and the 4 slices of Dave’s bread are 12 grams (per day). That’s just 3 other foods that you didn’t mention.
I am GF so I can't do seitan. But there are GF "meat substitutes" on the market, unfortunately, they aren't vegan as they use eggs as a binder since there isn't the gluten in them to bind. So not sure what to use here as a sub for the seitan. Otherwise, the other options...yeah buddy!
I use a full cup of oatmeal every morning (M thru F), plus a tablespoon each of hemp seed, flax and chia. Then a small handful each of walnuts and sunflower seeds plus a whole banana. I'd probably be starving again within an hour with only a half cup of oatmeal. Surprised he is fine with so little (and he's bigger than I am).
You take suggestions for your new TH-cam videos? I got one I think that is best suited for you out of all the other vegan channels. You can title it: "Can you maintain or even build muscle on only 50 grams of protein a day?" ----from time to time I hear that is the bare minimum daily requirement that a human needs.
I'd pay for a service that allows me to mix and match meals throughout the week to ensure I am getting something nutritionally complete, high in protein and meets my calorie needs.
Everything was inputted into a nutrition tracking app: Cronometer. You can even see the nutrition breakdown by clicking the link in the description. 😊🌱
I had my doubts too, but looks like the peanut butter powder is really just flavored protein powder. My guess is that’s where the chunk of protein is coming from, followed by the oats.
@@matlikescatsnope, i put it into cronometer and i got 26g of protein.. All of little amounts of protein in each ingredient do add up! The pb fit is just powdered peanut butter. It has 7 g of protein in 2 tbsp

Thank you! Such a relief to switch gears from bars and shakes!
My body composition plateaued on plant-based so I am in month 2/3 trying to boost protein and see if it moves the needle in the DEXA before considering going back to the dark side. ;)
Notes to future self:
brekkie $2.54/, lunch $5.02/, dinner $6.16/ (14% of which was a bougie tomato I didn't use)
*SoCal price points, opting for organic when available, not itemizing small quantity spice.
I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles with bananas and peanut butter! Thanks for sharing. I'm glad you're enjoying the content! 😃💚
Hello, I see in your table that some micronutrientes exceed the daily needs by many times (almost 5 times more for some!). Can it get toxic/bad for the body always eating that much more than the recommendations?
It depends on the tolerable upper limit of the specific micronutrient, but no, the quantities in this meal prep are not an issue. 😊
Why was I unable to participate in the vegetarian nutrition course when I sent an email? It seems that there is a problem on the page. Please solve it as soon as possible.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. My team is currently working on getting the page back again!

What can I substitute seitan. Cause I can’t get seitan where I live
Good question! Tofu would be a great substitute!! 😃
Hey! Yum!!!!
💚💚💚
I eat a lot more than this. 3,000 to 3,500 calories per day. These videos are to help others. 😊💪🌱
I bulk up my oatmeal with a half of cup of frozen riced cauliflower and a half of cup of berries.
You take suggestions for your new TH-cam videos? I got one I think that is best suited for you out of all the other vegan channels. You can title it: "Can you maintain or even build muscle on only 50 grams of protein a day?"
----from time to time I hear that is the bare minimum daily requirement that a human needs.
Did I miss the amt of iron in the meals?

@@TheVeganGymthank you 😊
I'd pay for a service that allows me to mix and match meals throughout the week to ensure I am getting something nutritionally complete, high in protein and meets my calorie needs.
Informative, fun, and hot as hell. What’s not to love about this guy?
Y waste money on instant Rice?
this breakfast has never 27g of protein with this low amount of ingredients...
So who has the same meal 4 days in a row ? I can barely eat pizza( my favorite ) two meals in a row .
good if you are short on time... but who wants to eat some weird cereals and sandwiches all day long
They're delicious :)
This works well for a family of 4 too 😂
Yes 100%!! That's a great way of putting it! 🌱
mmmmmm... diabetes... yum
