I agree with the traffic con. Kampala is a nightmare when it comes to traffic. Urgent intervention is needed on that. Food, hands down, is the biggest pro in Uganda. The variety and low cost is second to none. Big up from Kenya!

Kampala is amazing, Nile Special Beer is the best, Kabalagala is the best district- day or night! Ggaba Beach has the best fried tilapia ever. The women are gentle. Did they start selling sim cards? When I was there, the govt had banned the sale but didn't tell the people so one couldn't get a sim.

You can get a SIM card as long as you get it registered first with an I’D.
