      Nando's is South African bro in the same way KFC is American and Mercedes Benz is German. Nandos is South African in the same way Toyota is Japanese and Google is American. We just exported it like everyone else exports a good product. Perhaps the most shocking thing about this country that you should know is not the fact that Nando's is South African, it's the fact that of all the countries on earth, the countries with the most KFCs are UK, US, South Africa and China. In the whole world. Google the countries with the most KFCs. Otherwise everything you are eating in that Nando's meal in England is developed here. SA is not Nigeria.

    In South Africa The Germanic cars are Paramount. Even if you go to the hoods that's what everyone buys. BMW/Mercedes are favourites here. Then also your Porsches, Range Rovers and other nice cars are favoured.

    • @luthovellem865
      @luthovellem865 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sometimes it's not even a case of favouring German cars. These things are assembled in the Eastern Cape for the left hand driven American market, for parts of Europe and the South African market so they are here with us. We are the ones that assemble them. Everyone else on the continent imports them except South Africans. We have an option of buying them straight from our factories because this is one other place besides Germany where Mercedes and VW make their cars.

    Mosquitoes are all over😂but for some reason it seems like they aren't as bad as a few years ago. Maybe I'm just used to them now.
    We have really bad drivers and we have a homelessness issue. It's crazy you haven't seen any street beggars but you'd see more of them in places outside the richer areas (Rosebank & Sandton).
    We have many potholes and stolen street lights so some areas are so dark it's hard to drive😂
    Just saying.
    And yeah Nando's is a South African chain.
    There's tons of things to love in SA but we could definitely improve in a lot of places especially crime. Glad you enjoyed it. Try Durban and Cape Town before you leave.
