    Thank you 🙏 subscribed ! Doing this and the oil pick up on my 2023 soon !! How come you guys didn’t take out the clutch plates and out the GromBeardo 6 bolt plate that have six bolts ! Is that even necessary for the spring plate ? Hope that made sense

    Did you put on an aftermarket oil pump? I bought one and have heard it’s needed to do wheelies on it without starving it.

    good video bro im just seeing it, i dont think youll ever respond but i see on the manual that the recommended oil is 10w-30 and i saw you put 5w-40. is it any better? and have you had any issues with that oil?

    I see you didn’t tap for the other 3 bolts, how is it holding up? I see some people saying it shouldn’t matter, some people saying it’s absolutely necessary.

    You should get the oil pump that still pumps oil while you are popping dank woolies.

    Cool video, I would make sure to use motorcycle specific oil though next time. Ordinary automotive oil is not designed with wet clutches in mind.

    Is the oil plug magnetic did you notice any metal pieces attached to it? There's a way to magnetize your plug if it's not magnetized. Or you can just buy one or maybe just put a magnet on it 😅

    Awesome video mate, I got the 2022 Grom myself and learning wheelies on it now.
    I saw in the video you didn't have the rear oil pickup mod for the oil pump, but seems like your bike is doing fine anyway, am I not seeing your rear pickup or is it not needed for our bikes?

    I’m doing the same thing to a 2022. But when I put it all back together, the clutch has no tension. Will it get tension once I put oil in and crank the bike up?

    That oil filter looks just like the DCT oil filter on my new 2021 Honda NC750X. (It also has a normal metal main oil filter, as well.)

    Any recommendations on clutch plates ?? Is the smr 6 disc better or go with oem ? (Stick clutch is currently slipping)

    HELP! I installed a after market 5 disc clutch, new clutch plate and springs. After putting everything back together I’m UNABLE to get the crank case cover to line up. It’s like it’s binding around the bearing for the oil spinner and the rod under the clutch basket. If anyone has any help for me please let me know!!

    Do you also have the oil pick up mod? Or do the 2022 groms don’t need to straight up oil pickup pump? I just my first grom and want to practice wheelies, but wanted to make because I heard about the oil starvation issues.

    Did you swap sprockets out at all? I have a 22 grom and i did a 14 front debating in doing a 40 or 41 rear.

    Why did one not obtain 3 more screws and tap the unthreaded holes? makes for a stronger spring plate and clutch setup!
    and why be a Cheap Charlie? I'd of gotten the new gasket and o ring seal, play it safe!
    and I also use Blue Locktite (inside and out) so that nothing backs out!

      He said it only he 400 miles. Brand new engines usually have small shavings from break in period. It’s just from everything seating and cleaning up burrs from machining and manufacturing.

    Stock basket isn't threaded for the extra bolts will require aftermarket basket. This is wrong.

    My 22 grom is very difficult to clutch up and stupid difficult to get into neutral. but another grom i rode, i was able to clutch up with ease in 2nd gear, owner said no clutch modification was made. thoughts on the issues with i am having?

      My 22 grom pops up like a spring in 1st gear but i cant get it to wheelie in second, my friend can on my 12 bar but he has to slip the clutch super hard, exited to see how second is so i can wheelie faster than 20
