My Philodendron birkin is as big as yours,its 1.5 years old & pot looks full .I have the impression that they are 2 plants.It is in a 12 inch plastic pot.
Now my query is when does this plant become rootbound & do i have to repot it?There is no problem with leaves & given the temp of Pune currently ( min above 12) its thowing new shoots.
I am extremely reluctant to repot plants

No problem , actually in my opinion if your plant is doing well don’t repot it , unless leaves are turning yellow or plant is not showing new growth . I usually make a new plant when my philodendrons gets overgrown. Instead of repotting kindly change the 4-5 inch soil with organic matter rich soil .do this when temperature range is between 18-23 °C

Mam maine bhi yeh plant 2 baar lgaya hai par yeh survive hi nhi kar paya. Main isko balcony mein hi rakha hai jahan 2-3 hrs ki dhoop toh rehti hi haii. Abb aap bataye.

You've quite a different variety. I usually see it's dark green version around me. Not like yours.

Actually all the Birkin plants are same but in every variegated plant every leaf contains different variegation pattern . Actually placement is very important to keep sharp variegation pattern

Ideal temperature for Birkin plant is 15-30 degree Celsius, but in our country esp in north India temperature variation is great , so when I talk about any plant I will try to focus more on best direction for plants rather then temperature range .
