Amazing how much awesomesauce behringer added to the pro vs with this fw update, and additional voice and additional onboard effects are the big ones - amazing.
can anyone confirm that the Pro VS only sends out a Mono Signal. No Matter if Reverb or Chorus are On... Thomann Support told mey that it looks like mono and every Synth is mono....how come no one says anything about this? I mean a 5 voice Synth with Reverb and Chorus with a Mono Out?? fcs
The only output is a Head Phone out, which is TRS, so should be stereo. I connected the buds from my iPhone to it and sound comes out of both buds. So unless they mean something else I would say it is stereo. Thanks for the Question.
@@errorkit I tried sampling the Pro VS using Audacity and get 2 wave forms when telling it to record Stereo; they are identical. I tried the same thing using my Wasp which is mono it's analogue and when I tell it to record as stereo there is a difference between the 2 wave forms. I think most music devices work this way, but the output is essentially a stereo output.
@61KeyAudio when I record it with chorus or reverb, the Waveforms are identical. when I record my model d with a Reverb or Chorus, it's stereo. I already got the answer that it's mono. not like the Korg Volca fm2 which is mono and gets stereo with chorus. it's not bad now I just never saw a synth being mono with chorus and reverb. I mean imagine a juno106 with the Juno chorus being mono 😂
@@errorkit I have a Casio which I think may have a Surround Sound Option, but need to check on that. If I'm right I could test that and see what that produces.
Once your device has version 2.0.0 installed you need to reset the device. Press Function once and then keep pressing Menu (key 1) until you get to where it says Reset and then Press the Prog + and wait until the device says Done!.
@@liamjonasscale No problem glad to be of help. If you are looking for more patches , I did about 64 a while back. They are on my Patreon, I made some free to access. You can check them out in the 2 videos I did.
@@61KeyAudio I followed your instructions after installing V2.0.0. On power up, I get confirmation that 2.0.0 is installed and as expected, there were only the original 32 wavetables. Pressed Function/Menu/Prog+ and I still have only 32 wavetables, but different ones. Help!

Yeah it's good to see them adding FX in there.

@@61KeyAudio I mean trueStereo - not 2 Mono Signals on both Channels. Check your Osci ;)
