This is the first video that taiught me how much /that the joystick could be used as an instrument. I love it. I am super poor and I work at a food pantry giving food to other ppor people and we have a thrift-shop to help pay for it. Recent’y an M-Audio midi keyboard came in to our donation bin and its not something the ladies in the back would sell because its mostly clothes and kitchen goods so I snagged it. I am a guitar player and singer but have been wanting to branch out into keys partly because my hands are having trouble so it seemed like a blessing. So, anyway, I just ordered one of these before watching the video in order to be able to make sounds with it, and this video REALLY reassured my decision, so thnk you. If you have any idea of an eqully cheap (old or new) piano module that I could get real ecent piano and electronic piano sounds out of, I would love to have a good acoustic piano sound and also a wurlitzer or Fender Rhodes that is serviceable. Maybe I’m hoping too big for my budget, but honestly the cheaper the better, and I only have hardware capabilities so no computer software will help unfortunately. Thank you. Peace.
don't get me wrong, for the most part it sounds like a pop boring instrument, but when it comes to ambient and some interesting bass variations it's good, i feel there is room for experimentation.
