- In my sewing room today, join me as I work through designing a monogram/logo for T shirts. I am not an expert but this is how I have managed to create what I wanted.
The process is really easy to do, it just needs a little patience!
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
I have a Brother M380D purchased from Sew Essential Ltd.
I only use Brothread Embroidery Thread.

Nice job, Carole! Ahhhhh, '65, that was a very good year. The Beatles were popular Long Live The Beatles!); we had what was called the invasion of the British bands in addition to the Great Beatles; I was in high school; we really didn't know much about the happenings in Viet Nam at that point; life was simple; life was easy-going to a certain extent. Aaaaahhhh, yes, the good ol' days...
Thanks Deb! Did you like the Beatles? You are going to hate me when I say I was never a fan at all. I have a friend who is 80 next year and is the biggest Beatles fan I know, we quite often have debates about them 🤣 He gave me a big book about them for a joke one birthday and whenever I get in his car he plays them. I forgot that your country was involved in a war during that time but apart from that, yes, life was so much more simple. Hope all is well with you, Summer still struggling to appear over here! 🧵😊xxx
Your friend & I might get along rather well. I liked the Beatles in their beginning days and up until they got kind of -- what I call -- psychedelic. That's when they got so heavily involved with TM and studying in India. I think you're safe with me! I like most kinds of music but BEATLES FOREVER anyway. LOLOLOL...
By the way, I saw the Beatles in concert when they appeared in Minneapolis, MN back in 1965 at a huge, open-air baseball stadium!! I was in high school and a friend and I went to the concert. There was so much screaming that you couldn't even hear the Beatles at all! What a marvelous time!

Once again Carol you have been a great help in helping me out with the embroidery machine 👍 My grandson was asked to embroider a name on a blanket and he done a great job so I’m getting confident to have a go 😊 thank you

Im glad I watched this...I was trying the other day to combine designs and couldn't figure it out.."set" is the magic word. I used to do it all of the time but hadn't worked on my embroidery machine for quite sometime and its so easy to forget. Its now set in my brain! Thank you.

I enjoyed your video of choosing the design for your project. I usually have lots of trials when I’m trying to create a design for my own projects. I typically purchase designs because I haven’t wanted to spend the time to really learn to use computer embroidery software. I have a Babylock Destiny II with 4 different sizes of hoops. It has the pocket, the USB, a direct cord, but was made too early for the Magic Cloud.😊
4 different sizes of hoops... oh to dream of one of those machines! What a choice you must have in design creation. I do buy designs but lately have been a bit disappointed in the ones I bought. This was such a simple design though but he is really pleased with it.

Good job, Carole! Love the logo! Does your machine have the option of using digitizing software? If so, it’s a game-changer. You can do all the editing easily on a computer, and then transfer to your machine via USB. 😘💗
Hi Andra, thanks so much for watching as I know you are an expert! I do have the option of creating something via Artspira then onto USB but that's it and it is no longer free. What I wanted to show people is how to do it just using the machine as ours are quite basic. Xx😘

Thanks Linda. I am really pleased with my machine in more ways than one. My Juki has been broken for three weeks so I have been using this as my main sewing machine as well! I am really impressed with it. Hope you manage to get one soon 🧵😊
