FAQ's:
Q: I cant switch between Legacy/CSM and UEFI or switching didn't help.
A: If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, then reinstall the Operating System (OS) as seen here;
How To Install Windows 10: • How To Install Windows...
How To Install Windows 11: • How To Install Upgrade...
You can create your own Install Media USB's as mentioned in those videos for free or you can purchase them. You can see examples of the correct item to purchase here in the Repair Tools list: www.amazon.com....
If the install is successful, we know the issue was OS related and is now fixed. If the install will not complete, perhaps its due to the HDD being bad. I would then replace it and install the OS to the new one.
Q: What if Windows does not install and keeps erroring out?
A: If Windows won't install correctly, then we know that the Hard Drive is bad. Replace it as seen here; • How To Replace Asus Co... . Then, install Windows onto the new one.
Q: Will changing those settings in BIOS erase any data?
A: Changing those settings in BIOS will not delete any data from your hard drive :)

Hello, I recently purchased an ASUS TUF gaming laptop. However, yesterday while I was using it, the battery drained completely, causing it to shut down unexpectedly. Upon plugging it in for charging, I noticed that although the charging symbol appears, the battery isn't actually charging. Additionally, it keeps shutting down just two minutes after I power it on. Can u advise me on what steps I should take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
Big fan bro
Help.
I watched your previous video about resetting a HP computer and followed the steps. I need it to remove everything but after a few hours of it being stuck at 52% while resetting it then came up with a message saying it ran into a problem while resetting
Was your computer working well before this attempted factory reset? If not, what was happening?
@@PC_Monkey ok, lemme explain.
I got it like 10 years ago maybe, it was good, but it had a version of windows we didn't like, so we took it on to get the newer version of windows, and when the guy did that he also installed google chrome onto the computer. This overloaded it causing it to run slowly and not be able to do much, a few years later I looked at the settings and found it only had literally no storage left, it kept shutting down and icons were disappearing. So I decided to uninstall chrome. It helped but only for a bit, it filled up again, and it wouldn't let me delete files for some reason, so I decided to do a factory reset. Clearly a mistake because apparently the computer needs storage space to do a reset. In other words it got stuck in a loop of restarting then after a few hours came up with a message saying the PC could not reset. Then it gave me a bunch of options. The same as the options on the video I mentioned previously. I followed the instructions on your video and it was all working well but after a while of saying "resetting the PC 62% it then came up with an error yet again saying PC could not reset.
I'm not sure if it was the fact that it was old, that it was out of storage when I reset it or a combination of both but nothing I do does anything. I really like that computer, and can't get a new one, so if you can help me out I would really appreciate it
Edit:I don't remember first getting it, or wanting a newer version of windows as I was like 5 at the time. That was the story my mum told me yesterday
Hi, I have a very odd issue with my laptop, I've watched several videos but none of them come up with solutions I could do.
My laptop is stuck on "sleep" mode with the power button flashing, but the keyboard lights work, and the fan is spinning.
I've tried holding down the power button, unplugging and plugging the power source but nothing seems to work.
This occurred right after my laptop got done with a BIOS update, followed by a BIOS backup recovery, and even when closing the laptop lid the fans continue running as if it's turned on.
Could you help with this pls 🙏
After performing the power drain procedure seen here; th-cam.com/video/kOBY4k2Mn_k/w-d-xo.html when you plug in the charger and battery, the computer comes on in that state? Black screen and running fan? Are you able to perform a manual BIOS reset as seen here? th-cam.com/video/76I2Ec9K7lw/w-d-xo.html

@@PC_Monkey Hi again, I just left my pc closed alone for a solid half an hour or so, and come back to it dead.
I plug it in, and miraculously it turns on as if nothing had happened 😂
I didn't know a part of the BIOS update was draining your battery from fully charged to dead in around 5 minutes, sorry if I had wasted your time, keep up the good work!
pls make a video on fixing arrow key if its displaced or not getting in the slot of the key in dell inspiron 3593
Is this the original key or a replacement? Does this video help? th-cam.com/video/vVA-nSROSKk/w-d-xo.html
I have a Acer travelmate B118 series and whenever i try to turn it on if I move the screen slightly it'll instantly turn off, now it's at the point where I can't even turn it on, I'd really appreciate it if theres a way you could help me.
For a computer that does not turn on, try this video first; th-cam.com/video/kOBY4k2Mn_k/w-d-xo.html. Let me know how that goes :) Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
I've tried the video but unfortunately nothing worked, I've noticed that it began acting like that when I accidentally dropped it, yet whenever I turn it the mouse glows and it also makes the sound when you turn it on, but the screen is entirely black, could there be a problem with the screen instead?
Hi I need help and I think you can help me out with this. I have samsung note 10 plus rooted. I am not able to use Intune company Portal.
Hello, I’m usually pretty good with computers. However it I haven’t messed with a computer in some years because cellphones are in most ways better.
Anyway, I decided to get my Alienware out and use it again. It is slower then watching grass grow. Everything about it. I have 300 mbs + internet speed. My dl speed is also like watching grass grow. The weirdest thing I can’t seem to figure out is my time. I have the computer up and running and while it’s just sitting there the time slows down too. Either I have the first real Time Machine or something paranormal is going on. LOL I have fixed the date every 30 min. Could the battery on the board be bad? That could possibly explain that, but the molasses speed of the rest of the computer I can’t.
It was working and running fine when my wife used it last a few months ago.
First, can you fully update as seen here? th-cam.com/video/DPBi13q0H8I/w-d-xo.html. Also, what is your battery percentage at? Does it charge and discharge ok and the computer work without the charger being plugged in?
Got a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from Walmart and it won't boot up...watched a lot of videos still nothing.any ideas

please 🙏
Problem: I try to plug it in and then it makes this little spark sound inside the charging port, ive already checked my charger on a different laptop and they work fine,
i did my research and its something to do with the prongs inside of it, this problem is very common with others, i would be glad to show you pictures is theyre needed if you dont understand me
The computer turns on and works well other than the spark when plugged in? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
@@PC_Monkey nothing happened before, when i plug it in it dosent charge at all, it says dead and the port just sparks
@@PC_Monkey it happened out of nowhere
