Has anyone tried to set it up using outlook I can’t seem to filter my warmup emails to not forward to my main inbox, there’s no doesn’t include option in outlook.
I was just looking for the same answer- it doesn't have filter options I can find. It only allows "forward" and a place to enter the forwarding address.
Maybe it was set up to forward everything for ease of set up and they filtered the warmups out in the main mailbox not realizing that the limitation exists? @@ConnectorIQ
Anyone looking for the outlook solution, it's pretty simple: Go to rules and fill it out as the below- 1 - Name the rule whatever name you want 2 - Add a condition - Apply to all messages 3 - Add an action - forward to - whatever email 4 - Add an exception - Subject include - Warmup code

Have a question, didn’t find an answer on your channel. Instantly has Unibox, with tags and basic organization. Why would you forward all of the emails to your 1 inbox when you can reply to all of the people from Instantly and if they book with you, then talk through main inbox? Thank you
@@eugenekadzinto answer your question, the reason he does this is so that he can have multiple people from his organization respond to emails and such and everyone knows who is doing what. With instantly unibox you don’t have this functionality.
