Damn, I was just getting started with Google workspace for my email cold marketing. I just cancelled my workspace subscription, fortunately I was still in the free trial period so I didn't lose any money. So now I will have to start from scratch and learn how to setup Microsoft 365 for email marketing. I am glad I came across your tutorial before I started my subscription. Big thanks for this update.
Thank you Jay. Would you say that Microsoft 365 is now the better option for cold email over Google? Also do you have an email address? I was going to ask you a few questions about Instantly pricing plans if you don’t mind. Thanks!
Thanks for the information, Jay. I'm not sure if this is accurate, but after some research, it seems that the 0.3% scam rate, only affect bulk senders who send over 5,000 emails per day. Those who send fewer than this should not be impacted. What do you think?
hey jay i tired to get into the course but i couldn't there's message that says my phnoe number is not validate. i live in Sudan so i put my Sudanese phone and it seem its the cause of that massage .. Is there any way i can join the course because iam really really need this chance to learn cold email to be able to help my family to survive in this war that fired up in my country's. thanks jay
I've had this issue in other training opt-in and it work when i use a vpn .can i use it to get yours also? because iam in sudan it seem this why won't to work and ireally need to learn cold email to offer it as a service to help my family and my relatives on the surviving on the hardships that comes from the war that fired up in my country in the past 9 months. sorry for the long comment
Adding a one click unsubscribe link at the bottom of my "cold email" makes it look automated. No matter how personalized I make it. Do you have to add the one click unsubscribe to a personalized cold email campaign too? Do you know any workarounds?
Hold on ... I have a Gmail account (Workspace) where I have a custom domain, but it is still using Gmail. What about those addresses? If they are on your list and 3 out of 1000 mark as spam, then does that mean you're in a bad spot?
No, 3 out of 1000 emails marked as spam won't necessarily get you blacklisted. The 0.3% spam threshold is for cold email, not for emails sent to opted-in subscribers.
If we send like 50 Cold Emails or number around that Can we use Personal Gmail not a business Email so we can send email to businesses as well as business Owners Directly? because you said remove personal Gmail accounts from the list it effect but what if we send the email from personal Email?
I just finished watching one of your videos from September. There you recomended using g suite over Office. So now with the new updates, are you officially recomending using Office over g suite?
Hey - totally got blown off by your sales person, Haley. I made time and made multiple attempts to confirm appt time based on the confusing confirmations I was getting from her to then be ghosted? You ask we not waste your time and cancel to then be disregarded? I doubt this is what you intend your sales people to do. She even deleted the Zoom link.
Your video should be toward B2C. Google states that any domain which sends more than 5000 emails a day.... I have 3/4 emails on each domain doing no more than 70 cold emails a day and 70warm emails ... I assume I won't be affected by this right
So if we have gmail and yahoo email addresses on B2B email lists (like LinkedIN) do we send ALL of these from one dedicated eMail address? Different from the business domain eMail addresses? Or do we blend them in?
@@leadgenjay So keep private eMail addresses on seperate eMail lists than compnay domain eMaill addresses and also use different SENDING eMail addresses for both list. eh??
*Hey Jay do you still recommend using email sending software like Instantly or you came up with other better way?? for instantly my emails are keep getting disconnected*
Yes, I still recommend using email sending software like Instantly. However, if you're experiencing issues with your emails getting disconnected, it might be worth contacting their support team.
I do a lot of lead gen to businesses that are small and use an @gmail or @yahoo account for their business more than 70% should I remove all these from my lists?
You're right, the initial announcement was a few months ago, but the updates are just around the corner, and it's more important than ever to be prepared.
G Suite accounts will not be affected by the new Google and Yahoo email sending updates as long as you follow the new guidelines. So you can still use your G Suite account for email marketing if you follow the new rules.
Great video! I love the honesty. I can't stand it when a company puts me into another list after I unsubscribe.
Thank you, I believe the new regulations will help eliminate this!

Hey! I would say that Microsoft 365 is the better option now. You email me at jay@leadgenjay.com
Good. I’m sick of being spammed by people. I have never once, bought anything from people who cold email me.
7 business emails. Not one.
Thank you for watching!
You mentioned that you've faced issued with Google - could you provide any detials on the specific problems you encountered?
Google is making it increasingly difficult to do cold email marketing through Gmail, I prefer Outlook.

If you send fewer emails it should not impact you as much. However, I would still aim for a low spam rate for optimal results!

You will need an unsubscribe link if you are using google or yahoo.

If you are sending to personal email I would still use a business email. Just make sure you follow regulations.
I just finished watching one of your videos from September. There you recomended using g suite over Office. So now with the new updates, are you officially recomending using Office over g suite?
Yes, that is correct. Things can change rapidly in this industry.

Whats your email?
are you going to be making a new video on email deliverability then?
Yes, more videos are coming your way!
Your video should be toward B2C. Google states that any domain which sends more than 5000 emails a day.... I have 3/4 emails on each domain doing no more than 70 cold emails a day and 70warm emails ... I assume I won't be affected by this right
As long as you follow their rules, you should be able to continue to send email marketing campaigns without any problems.
@@leadgenjay you should tell him it's 5000 emails per organization aka 1 google workspace hosting all of your domains.
NOT per domain.
@@shukritobi91 It clearly says per domain in the update? Not sure where you've got per organisation from?
So if we have gmail and yahoo email addresses on B2B email lists (like LinkedIN) do we send ALL of these from one dedicated eMail address? Different from the business domain eMail addresses? Or do we blend them in?
Thanks for the question. While blending B2B emails with your business domain might seem convenient, it's safer to keep them separate.
@@leadgenjay So keep private eMail addresses on seperate eMail lists than compnay domain eMaill addresses and also use different SENDING eMail addresses for both list. eh??
do you guys get success with emailing the company email or the personal email of the business owner?
Use the company email as the personal email is more likely to mark it as spam.
@@leadgenjay thank you bro

Yes, I still recommend using email sending software like Instantly. However, if you're experiencing issues with your emails getting disconnected, it might be worth contacting their support team.
Sounds like using email marketing for B to C may be a waste of time.
I would recommend sticking with b2b for cold email marketing strategies.
I do a lot of lead gen to businesses that are small and use an @gmail or @yahoo account for their business more than 70% should I remove all these from my lists?
How has your open rate and click rate been? And where are you sourcing your leads from?
I don't believe they'll be fair about it and they will create excuses to block domains they want to censor.
Thank you for watching!
What are your agency’s best performing could outreach emails? Would be worth a video! 😃
Thank you for reaching out. Here is a video I created on this th-cam.com/video/Eb2ldKtB66k/w-d-xo.html Let me know if it helps!
