    Thank you for explaining this process in a clear truly understandable way. I am inspired by this subject and have a few question about the type of herbal combinations that work at pain relief; fibromyalgia and arthritis. I appreciate your statement about getting info that meet our personal needs or requirements elsewhere. Coming back because I want to make this recipe. Thank you so much Darlene for taking the time to teach and encourage others, you are a blessing to me🙂🙏

    Darlene i would love you to share a recipe that we could include the infused oil into. It was interesting to find out how to infuse the herbs and i would definitely use the same blend as you for pain relief , that would be amazing to be able to use myself for pain . Thank you for sharing .

    I know you said the alcohol evaporates, but what about the scent of the alcohol? Does the scent of the alcohol remain in the oil if you don't use a scented herb like lavender?

      @djjay-kay7636 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's a small enough amount where it will evaporate. It was like a 12:1 ratio of oil to alcohol.

    First time of so many videos on TH-cam about infusion herbals. None use alcohol and then oil.

      You can do either or. The oil extracts the properties. Most herbalists myself included let it sit for 4 to 8 weeks or longer.. I have infused oils everywhere the way she does it just speeds up the process

    I must say I’ve watched a lot of videos on this recently and I haven’t see any like yours. Thank you so much.
    I have a question. Is it still possible to add the isopropyl alcohol to an infusion that’s still in process? The infused oil I made will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I look forward to your prompt response. Thank you!

    Your videos are always informative with easy to follow instructions. Thanks for sharing. I recently dried some cranberries & plan to use them in an infusion for body butter. What would you recommend: this oil infusion method, infused butter, or just adding the powder to the body butter as an additive like you do for extracts? I would love to see you demonstrate how to use the cranberry powder. Thanks

    Hi. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for all the tips. Have you tried making rice bran oil?

    Darlene, in regard to comfrey leaves do they have to be dried or can one use them freshly picked? Thank you.
    Excellent session so clear instructions. Ive made infusions for soap making didn’t know about the alcohol use, thanks for that tip. And yes cheesecloth lets some sediment through so annoying as nin coffee drinker, but will buy filters in future.

    Darlene can you use powdered arnica and comfrey? If so how much would you suggest using versus the flower and leaf?
