Usually a dish is named after the foundation ingredient, the everything else that makes it taste good goes after. Doesn't mean those things don't taste decent alone, but they're simply the base that binds well with other things which elevate it. That's like cooking 101. If you want a sandwich to taste good, put some sauce, seasoning or veggies on that, cook food the right way not the white way.
