I had no idea you could make adobo or sazon. I’ll have to look for the sazon recipe. I added adobo to the piccadillo I made today, but I was uncertain if it was okay to do that. I enjoy watching your videos. I learn so much from them.

3 Tbsps garlic powder, 3 tsps oregano, 2 tsps black pepper, 2 tsps salt, 1 tsp turmeric. Mix in blender, sieve/sift large pieces.
