- In this video we review what may be the best State campground in Alabama. Gulf State Park campground. Gulf State Park campground is located on 6,500 acres in Gulf Shores Alabama. Gulf State campground is a must for every RVer!

Great video. Loved your Topsail video and can't wait to try this place. Because of how big and how much you can do here i really want to book for minimum 1 week and even then it looks like it's not enough. Can't wait to try this place.

You should try a site on Canal Road. The even-numbered sites are canal-front, plus, the boardwalk to the beach starts there.

Based upon your recommendations, we booked a short stay in Gulf State State Park for this early November. Thanks for the review. Peggy and I really enjoyed the discussion on Pickle Ball! Chris was not very enthusiastic about learning Pickle Ball at the time of this filming.

This was such a beautiful Park thank you so much for sharing this review. You better watch what you say about pickleball people because they will unsubscribe from you in a flash. They are hardcore all the way. We do not play pickleball we will never play pickleball end of discussion lol. But competition is very tough they have big championships and there's trophies it's crazy. Thank you for the very detailed tour.

@@oureverydaygetaway we are trying but I learned just this week about the rolling view hours lol. We don't care if we hit 1000 we will be over the moon. Thank you again. If you go and stay a Big Cypress RV Park which is in the Everglades of the Seminole reservation they will teach you how to play pickleball there and they are very nice people competitive but in a friendly gentle Way
We loved Gulf Shore State Park. It was convenient to everything. My favorite part is the bike and hiking path. If you just stayed there one day, you would have a blast. Of course, we didn’t. 😂
Those bike and hiking paths were out of this world! I would go back just for those alone. Stay safe and enjoy your journey!
