Nice video! You should tighten your ridgeline almost straight. Most hammock tutorials tell you to leave the treestraps at 30 degree angle, but I get better hang in Haven when they are as thight as they can be. You will get more headroom this way too.
Well I've had 2 Havens don't get use to hanging, you'll hear the BIG POP and you'll be back in a tent. The poles went straight thru the pole pocket bottom and straight thru the hammock. First one was replaced by Haven, No hassles. When the replacement went, SAME PROBLEM, I threw in the towel and went to ground. Pole pockets are the weakness in the design. I even tried to reinforce with duct tape. The pockets can not take the stress if you move a lot while sleeping. Good luck.
Definitely something worth checking out, I’m getting my IG account set up currently to do a bunch of gear reviews, I’ve never come across this particular hammock, is there a site? Might look into one to compare with other lighter-weight shelter options. Thanks for the review!

Such a great look! 😊 thank you for taking a look at the Haven Tent!!
LOVE my Haven!
Why do you call it a ham hock?
I think he's saying ham mock. I think he just doesn't know how to pronounce hammock.

Great points on the weight as well ✌️
the haven is great. but you should make sure there is tension on the ridge line. if you do you can easily hang your bag from it.
